I meant to! Honestly! But I got so caught up with practicing with Gideon and homework since it's OWLs year and then the tryouts and then the wait, and I didn't tell anyone but Gideon, really, other than the people already in the team who obviously knew because, duh, tryouts and I didn't want to jinx it or disappoint anyone else if I didn't get on the team and I'm REALLY sorry.

I know, it's so stupid. I feel like I haven't been seeing any of my friends lately. I miss you. I'm great, though, I really am. I got promoted to assistant editor for the Herald after I applied, and Luke's great, too.
It's kind of weird, though. He's the first guy I've dated that we haven't really... you know, properly snogged. And it'll be three months in a week. It's not bad it's just... strange. He doesn't seem to be that, you know, physical.

Thank you! I'm pretty excited, you know how much I love doing it. The only thing is I have to be co-assistant editor with Imogen Sauveterre and we haven't really gotten along very well, like, ever. But I guess I'll have to make an effort, right? Haha.
Yes... only on the lips, like... ohmygod, Gabby, I think we've only french kissed like, four times. And I'm not upset by it! I mean, Luke's also different than other guys I've dated because he's like... he's fun, you know? It's not all about being cute and romantic and everything, although he's that, too, but it's more about having a fun time together? It wasn't even like that with Gideon, once we became a couple. But it is weird, right? That we haven't?

Well, aww, that's really cute, Emmie! I think when it's not all about the, like, kissing and sexual stuff, then that's when it's really real, you know? I think so, anyway. But that's kind of strange. I thought all guys got excited about...well. You know. Taking it to the next level or whatever.

I... don't know. We've always been kind of rivals, I guess. I don't really know her that well. But she's like, Stefan's best friend, so I guess I should try to be nice. Since he's living with me now.
No, yes, of course, I agree! It is sweet. Just...that's just the thing. Guys are supposed to be all excited about that, right? So what if... he's like, not attracted to me like that?
