Name: Samara Hollows

Facial Properties: Samara is young still and tends to only put on light amounts of make up so her youth will show through. Her complexion is clear and skin tone quite pale still. Her hair is long, with a light wave to it, and a pale blonde color that falls gently around her face. She usually wears it up or in something manageable like a braid or bun. Her face is often graced with a cheery smile and her eyes are a light blue.
Physique: She is tall for the typical Caucasian female, about five feet ten inches, and has curves in all the right places for her height, age, and build. One would probably not call Samara chubby or anything like that, but instead she has more of a slenderred out athletic build.

Personality: 1Samara Hollows, soon to be Samara Abberline, is always smiling and cheery, but why shouldn’t she be? She is young and in love after all! She’s quick to trust, which is probably one of her downfalls actually, and tries to never be judgmental or hold a grudge. Instead Samara tries to always be someone the students can come to if they need advice or help and is always willing to offer a helping hand.
2Samara may have grown out of her troublesome streak, for the most part at least, but she’s always willing to turn a blind eye if she knows a prank is about to be pulled. Unless that prank might just send a student to come visiting her in the Hospital Wing that is. Yes it’s true, this sweet ex-Hufflepuff was quite the trouble maker in her school days, but if you question her about it she’ll blame it all on her twin brother Tristan.
3Since Samara is only 25 she tries to keep her youthful demeanor so she can better relate to the various students of Hogwarts, which means she does not wear the usual apparel of a Hogwarts School Nurse and instead opts for a knee-length black skirt and white dress shirt with the sleeves usually rolled up. This is not exactly something most of the staff approves of, but she ignores their comments and wears what she wants to.
4Admittedly though, Samara does tend to act a little different towards her future husband. With him she lets loose and has no problem being affectionate, even if it is a bit annoying to some of the other staff members. Of course, she is very careful not to be this way in front of the students when Daniel occasionally visits during school holidays.

History: Samara was born to a pureblood family and raised to act a certain way and only associate with certain people. Her family and Samara herself were surprised when she was sorted into Hufflepuff. Something as simple as that gave Samara hope and she became more outgoing and tried to make friends with everyone, even Muggleborns much to her parents’ dismay!

In her third year Samara started dating a Ravenclaw named Daniel Abberline, and despite a few break ups because of petty arguments and a years break up after graduating they’ve been dating ever since.

After graduation Samara became a nurse at Saint Mungo’s. She was very dedicated and learned as much as she could. Then one day a familiar face was brought, it was Daniel. She patched him up and they started dating soon afterwards. It took a few years, but finally Daniel proposed to her.

While they were dating both Daniel and Samara joined an organization started by Dumbledore to oppose the forces of evil rising on the Horizon, it was called the Order of the Phoenix. Samara rarely goes on missions for the order, instead opting to gather information or help interrogate captured Death Eaters.

This is her first year working at Hogwarts, she was asked by Dumbledore to come join the staff since the previous nurse had recently retired. Daniel on the other hand works for the ministry as an Auror so she only sees him during the summer holiday and occasionally when he comes to visit during school breaks.

Not only is Samara Hollows a previous student of Hogwarts, she was a Hufflepuff, but she spent many a day looking over the shoulder of the School Nurse that came before her. Samara comes from a long line of healers, her mother did not follow this practice though, and grew up learning many things from her Grandmother. Post-graduation from Hogwarts Samara worked at Saint Mungo’s for seven years.

Sample Post: Samara Hollows bopped happily about the Hospital Wing, trying to get things together this morning for any student who would need her care. Not that Samara would ever wish any harm upon any of the students.

As she hummed and continued to move about Samara suddenly felt like some kind of giant bee. She gave a gentle laugh at her own thought. Oh yes, she was certainly a giant bee! Stinger and all!

Behind Samara sounded the deep, familiar laugh of her husband to be. She turned to face her, setting aside the various potions and wrappings held in her hands. She couldn’t help but feel so lucky every time she looked at Daniel.

“ G’morning darling!” she greeted merrily as she moved forward to give him a hug. But before Daniel could react or reply there was a sounding a fast paced foot steps sounding from the hall. Quickly they parted, and Daniel went to leave with a wave.

I would have preferred to actually have written more, rather than just separating lines. However, I can't complain, all your paragraphs meet the minimum of four lines.

Ooh - a school nurse! I really wasn't expecting anyone to apply - thankyou! ^^ I've made you an all-powerful moderator of the Hospital Wing and you're free to post in the Staff Room whenever you like.
I'm afraid I'll have to admit you won't have as many roleplaying opportunities as everyone else mainly because the school nurse normally spends most of her time on her own. But I strongly advise you to make an open thread to start things off. Maybe you would consider using your other accounts to create other characters? Because then hopefully you won't get bored of the site and leave us without our nurse.

Quidditch Practice starts in a week or so, so that should give Samara plenty of opportunity to demonstrate her healing skills.
