About the Character- -
Name: Brielle Elisabeth Snow. Age: Seventeen. Gender: Female. Year:Seventh year. Face Claim: Kristen Stewart.
Canon or Original? Original.
Facial Properties: Brielle’s brunette hair has a red tint to it and falls just past her shoulders with a natural wave. Her snow white complexion shows off her high cheek bones. Her fine, dark eyebrows raise above her crystal clear blue eyes that turn green when the sunlight hits them just right. Her rounded, pale pink lips part to show her white, slightly oversized teeth. She has a fairy-like nose, tipped upward a little but not enough to look snobby. Her face is round and heart-shaped, elegantly framed under her hair. Physique: Bri has never been very curvy or voluptuous but it has never really been a bother. Her broad shoulders show a sense of strength and security unlike her long, boney arms. With almost a flat chest, her torso is long and leads into her innocently rounded stomach. Her hands are smooth and continue to elongated fingers and callused finger tips. Like her arms, her legs are long and thin. Her small feet hold her weight lightly although they sometimes get in her way.
Personality: [[hands in my pockets]] Brielle is shy but not because she is socially challenged. She is shy because she is constantly protecting her heart from being broken. She tries not to attach herself to anyone because she is afraid of learning to love them and then losing them. She often wanders on her own or speaks with the other wall flowers in her classes. Her grades are excellent but she feels like she could do better, could make a difference.
[[hide and seek]] Bri is extremely observant and optimistic. She is never quick to judge, always looking for the good in people. The way people move, the way they talk, the things they carry or the secrets their eyes give away that they would never say out loud are things Brielle looks for the most. She believes everyone has a reason to be there. They have a reason for what they say and what they do and it is amusing to her to try and see what that reason might be.
[[rolling all around the hills]] Music and writing are Bri’s greatest passions. She doesn’t just play her music or write her poetry, she feels it. The melody that blends with the harmony and weaves it way through the sonnet, paints a picture. She can take her feelings and put them on her finger tips and make the feeling slide up and down her guitar strings. Her thoughts come out with rhyme. She has the heart of an artist with intensified emotions.
[[Swoop down and catch me]] Boys are a hard subject for her. She never really crushes on boys easily because she feels as if she can see through them. They are mostly womanizers or heart breakers. She doesn’t find any of them interesting, or hasn’t found one yet. Bri almost feels as though she can read the boys’ minds, predictable and unchallenging. Besides, she doesn’t think that a predictable boy is worth letting her guard down. Every now and then, she finds the occasional boy who she finds attractive but, in the end, he will open his mouth or make a gesture and she will drop the idea completely and walk away.

History: Brielle Elisabeth Snow was born on a warm summer day in a little chapel in Pitigliano, Italy, when her mother unexpectedly went into labor a month early. Her parents, Alexander and Melody, met on the Ivory Coast in Spain. They were both studying abroad for Psychology and Development of Magical Creatures. Three years later, they were married and founded their own orphanage for abandoned house elves and fairies. Less than a year later, Kohl, her big, lovable brother, was born. Only a couple of years after Kohl, Brielle was born. Then came the twins, Mae and April, the beautiful blondes of the family. The following summer came little Alissa. They grew up in a small, vine-covered cottage on the outskirts of Florence, next to the orphanage and an enormous wood lining the border. Alexander and Melody were both from wizarding families, so naturally Brielle and her siblings had the same gift.
Farther back in the woods was a small, private school called Pavanisimo Elementary. That’s where Bri met Lia. Lia was the quiet, strawberry blonde who sat across the room from her on their first day of kindergarten. Bri drew her picture of her family’s orphanage in the woods and brought it to Lia. When she offered it to her, she told Lia that they were going to be friends forever. Lia smiled and agreed.
Six years later, on an unusually warm spring day, Lia and Bri decided to swim in the small lake behind the school. They were eleven years old and inseparable. Lia had dove into the lake first, while Bri babbled on about Kohl’s adventures, and misadventures, at Hogwarts and how excited she was to get her letter. That’s when everything changed. One moment Lia was there, treading water and giggling as Brielle enthusiastically told her stories. The next, she had slid under the water and never returned to the surface. She was gone.
Four months after the tragedy, Brielle received her Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry letter. She was to begin attending that fall. Bri hadn’t left the house since that life-changing spring day, so her parents almost had to force her to go. Kohl finally talked her into attending. He stuck with her that whole year, making sure she didn’t slip into the same isolation as the previous summer. Within the following four years, all of her sisters began classes at Hogwarts as well. Of course they excelled in academics as well as social statuses, much faster than Brielle. The year Alissa enrolled was the year Kohl began dating Avery. Avery not only glared at Bri and made rude comments about her, but Bri knew she was taking her brother away from her as well. Avery was going to make sure Kohl never had time for Brielle, and she was succeeding.
Sample Post: High on a tall hill near the greenhouses, Brielle sat watching the sun set over the forest. She held her guitar close to her chest and observed the changes that the Hogwarts grounds were taking. The leaves on the enormous oak tree above her were turning a deep crimson, some scattered below her bare feet. The wood looked as if it was set on fire and burning with the sun behind it. A tiny pond reflected the image and sent tiny rainbows of gold and red to dance across Bri’s pale white skin. She took a deep breath and held it. Tentatively she began to remember how embarrassed she was earlier that morning. She attempted to turn the glass of water on her desk into a sunflower. Of course, the glass turned into a stink beetle and instantly, the classroom was filled with the scent of rotten eggs and juiced prunes. Transfiguration wasn’t really her strong point but she enjoyed it. She pushed away the image of the boys in the classroom laughing as the girls ran, screaming, out of the room and the teacher trying to calm the class. With a deep, high pitched sigh, she leaned against the massive tree and began to play a soft melody.
The music started out as just quiet and random plucking. Nothing specific, just playing to hear the voice of the guitar. Lightly, she found the melody of a song she had heard the girls in her house playing on a muggle radio station. It was called Blackbird by an English band of about four, shaggy haired boys that called themselves “The Beatles.” Why “The Beatles”?, She thought, Why not a name that is more appealing. Why not a name that doesn’t remind me of mistakes and embarrassment? What went wrong with that ridiculous spell? I am sure I said it right. It couldn’t have been… Avery. Of course! I was thinking about how I’d like to turn Avery into an insect because she is already annoying enough to be one. Oh my god. Now she is making my life more complicated. At least these Beatle boys can write a good song… She continued to play the melody but stopped thinking all together. She was sick of the faces that starred at her in her mind, always blaming her with their eyes. She was just clumsy. Maybe more clumsy than most people but it wasn’t out of the ordinary. She leaned her head back against the rough bark and closed her eyes.
Music always had a strange way of carrying her away. It was like a hot bath. You just lie there while all of your muscles relax and unwind, your thoughts drift from one adventure to another. Everything falls into place and you are overwhelmed with unbelievable peace. The music just floated on and on and the breeze grew cold. She just sat and listened for a long time. Suddenly, there was only silence. She jumped and sat up quickly, realizing she had fallen asleep. It was completely dark and the night air was cold enough that she could see her breath. Slowly, Brielle picked up her guitar and walked down the winding stone steps toward the greenhouses. Inside the third glass shelter, there was a dim glowing light. She walked into the room to find a lantern set in the middle of the greenhouse. There was a piece of parchment placed next to the light, folded in half with elegant writing across the front. She leaned closer and recognized the words Brielle Snow flowing gently across the page in jet black ink.
Bri took a cautious step backwards, not quite sure if she should read the note or run for it. Uncertainly, she took the note between her fingers and unfolded it. In dark lettering the word AQUARIUS was scrawled across the top. Below it, the note read: Tomorrow night. On the terrace outside of your window. Look up and to the right sometime in the early morning before the sun comes up. Follow the drawing and you will see it. Tomorrow will be the only clear night you will be able to see this constellation so don’t miss your chance. Trust me. The drawing below the words was an intricate sketch of the constellation Aquarius. It was detailed with bold marks for the stars that made up the weaving shape and the small stars surrounding it. There was no name. Brielle starred at the parchment in her hands blankly. Could this be some sort of trick? Who do I know that knows anything about astrology? Or that I like astrology. And why? Quietly, she folded the paper and stuck it in the bag hanging around her shoulder. Taking the lantern, she walked out of the greenhouse and through a door leading toward the hall of her dormitory. She made sure she was silent as she shut the door behind her. She slipped into her night gown and pulled out the note. She sat on the edge of her bed, studying the handwriting and the words. It was late and soon she gave up and put the mysterious letter into the drawer of her nightstand. Swinging her legs around and under the blankets, she glanced out the window to the terrace. The stars were bright and the moon was almost full. With another, long sigh, she laid back, closed her eyes and slipped into another dreamless sleep.
