Facial Properties: Beth has a perfectly rounded face, topped off with flowing shoulder length brunette hair. She has almond shaped dark blue eyes, that immediately draw your attention straight to her face. Her nose slightly pointed upward, and rather small. Finally, topping off her face is her small mouth, with her perfectly pink lips. Some say it's the best feature of her entire face.

Physique:
Bethany is the average size of a fifteen year old girl. She's one of the lucky people who can eat what they want, when they want and not gain a pound. Beth is far from muscular and stays as far away from anything that involves working out as possible. Although she's a fast runner, she doesn't like it. People wonder how she keeps her typically good physique, without lifting so much as her textbooks.
Personality: Beth is happy all the time unless she does bad on her schoolwork, which is extremely important to her, or mistreats one of her friends. Friends are extremely important to her, and when anyone messes with them, she flies off the handle. Beth isn't afraid of people either. She'll stand up for herself and for the younger ones as well. She's known to be extremely friendly to anyone but slytherins, whom she tries to avoid, but you've been warned not to get on her bad side, especially early in the mornings. She can get extremely cranky.

Now Beth isn't lazy even though she doesn't do much, but it can be hard to get her up and moving around. The thing she likes best to do when she's in the mood for a game, is Quidditch. She understood, and began learning to play the game at an early age, and now she's crazy about it. She's not quite seeker material but she gets off her rear end every once in a while to train. She's hoping to play for her house.

Bethany works hard to achieve goals, and is determined to be the best. She takes pride in great schoolwork and never ceases to amaze teachers. She studies hard and fights for anything she believes in. She's most certainly not one to be pushed around by others, because she'll push right back. Most people would call this a quirky, and sometimes annoying quality, but Beth thinks it builds stunning character.

Brave as can be, she'll be daring, but won't do anything stupid. She knows her limitations and tries not to surpass them. She'll take a dare anytime, and turn it into a fun task. She also has no problem with being adventurous and giddy. In fact, some would describe her as such.

History: Beth's parents were muggles, resulting in her kindness toward all half-bloods and other muggles. But she is often teased, picked on, and made fun of because of it. She grew up far away from magic, and discovered her power when she lifted a pen without touching it. And although they are muggles, she still has an immense amount of respect for her parents.

She also grew up with an older brother who also attended Hogwarts, and a younger sister who is too young to attend. John, her older brother graduated when Bethany became a 3rd year, while Abigail, her little sister, will attend next year. Beth is excited about becoming a fifth year, as her brother claims it was his favorite year at Hogwarts. Beth also has another brother, Patrick Burton Meyers, who is also now attending. (*OOC*: I'm going to find somebody else to RP him though, I simply don't have time for any more charries)

Two years after John had graduated, Bethany's grandmother had died. The entire Meyers family was extremely close to her, even John who rarely even visits anymore. Beth almost didn't return to Hogwarts for that year. In her will, Denise Kellicough (Beth's grandmother) had left Beth her beloved cat, Simon, who has attended Hogwarts with her since her third year.

Nearly a year after Denise had died, Mathew Meyers, Beth's father moved out, leaving the entire family crushed. It was a lot for the Meyers family to think about at the moment, and extremely hard to get over. Although Beth hadn't been extremely close to her father, she missed him terribly. Never saying where he intended on going, the rest of the family still has no clue. Nor do they know if he is even still living as of now.

Sample Post: "Come on, come on!" Shouted Bethany. "You can do better!" A rousing game of quidditch was going on. Slytherin versus Gryffindor, and Gryffindor needed to win. Suddenly, something came flying toward the stands, but Beth thought nothing of it..

"OW!" She screamed. The object that had been hurdling to the stands had hit her square in the back of the head. "What was that?" The person sitting next to her turned and gave her a weird look. "Sorry.. Just imagining things I guess.." Beth said, as she turned her attention back to the game.

But in a few moments the same little unidentified object came right back to the stands. WHAM! It hit her in the back of the head, only this time, it clear knocked her out. When Beth finally woke up, she was in the hospital wing, rubbing the back of her head, clearly in agony.

"Wow. What WAS that.. That.. Thing?" She asked. She had yet to find out what it was that had hit her and landed her in a hospital bed. The nurse looked down at her and handed her a glass of water without responding. Clearly, nobody knew.

Later, when she was out of the hospital wing and walking back to her classes, the same person sitting next to her at the Quidditch match walked up to her. "I think I know what hit you..." She said.


P.S.: I read the gender ban, but I had been working on this for days before you posted it and I'd hate to see it go to waste, so if you could just look at one more? I'd absolutely hate to think I did all this for nothing. And also, I know I added another character's dialog at the end of the RP sample, but I had to. I'm terribly sorry if this isn't up to snuff.
