ABOUT THE CHARACTER Name: Eric LeBlanc Age: 16 Gender: Male Year: Five Celebrity: Channing Tatum
Canon or Original: Original
Facial Properties:Eric has very short blonde hair, azure blue eyes that twinkle like stars in the presence of light, and a smooth tan face. He has a chiseled jaw devoid of any scars, moles, or blemishes. His eyebrows are thick though not excessively fuzzy and maintain a natural arch. His teeth are always pearly white, showing how much pride he takes in them and his physical appearance as a whole.
Physique: Eric has a muscular build, athletic and strong. From years of lifting weights and playing Quidditch, his physique is impeccable. His muscles are well defined though not quite bulky. There is a scar on the left side of his chest that slashes down diagonally to the right, the result of a heated duel with his older brother.
Personality: Eric is fun loving, adventurous, confident, and a loyal friend. He doesn’t let anybody disrespect him, his friends, or his family and is willing to fight to defend their honor. Always the class clown, Eric never ceases to make his friends laugh though at times it can be at the expense of another. Because he is such a jokester, her is prone to getting into trouble or receiving detentions. If his teachers don’t have a sense of humor, it usually isn’t a good sign of what is to come during the rest of the school year.
Eric’s first love is Quidditch. He is in love with the sport and when he was younger, he played on a club team alternating between Seeker and Chaser. His favorite part about playing Quidditch is the camaraderie between him and his teammates and the thrill of working together to complete a single objective.
In his darker moments, he is known to have a terrible temper that leads him to make irrational choices that inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. He means well but there are times when he just can’t control himself and a side of him comes out that most are lucky enough to never see. He says things that he wouldn’t usually say and tends to be much more aggressive.
Eric gets bored easily and when he isn’t entertained, he starts to think of something mischievous to spice things up. Whether it is a practical joke or much larger scaled prank, he will find someway to make people laugh. Because of this, his classes are never dull.

History: Eric was born into one of the few remaining pure blood families in Britain, the LeBlanc family. Most of his cousins were raised to believe that because they didn’t have a drop of muggle blood flowing through their veins, they were superior and needed to be treated like royalty. Though his aunts and uncles reiterated the importance of flaunting their status to receive respect and admiration, his parents raised him to be humble to never look down on anybody because it wasn’t up to him to decide that he was better than anyone. Clearly, his parents won out and he turned out to be like them, classy yet grounded.
Ever since he went to his first Chudley Cannons game at the age of three, he fell in love with the sport. His bedroom was lined with moving posters, his floors covered in Quidditch magazines, and his closet filled to the brim with Quaffles, Bludgers, broomsticks, and a snitch. His father was a pretty good player himself and wanted to see his son follow in his footsteps. He was soon placed on a youth team. All he wanted to do day in and day out was ride on his broom and practice.
The only thing that may have excited him more than playing Quidditch was the prospect of doing what so many before him had done, attending Hogwarts. His brother, Kyle, was already going into his third year when Eric received his invitation to attend the school. They went to Diagon Alley via the Flu network and the first thing he did was run into Ollivander’s to get his own wand. It was Pheonix Feather and Cedar, twelve and a half inches. His next stop was to Eyelops Owl Emporium where he bought Electra, the Tawny Owl.
With his wand, owl, and school supplies packed up, he was ready for Hogwarts. He had been to Platform 9 ¾ once before when he dropped off his brother but to actually go when it was his turn to board the train, the experience was unlike anything he expected. There was so much excitement in the air and so many First Years who all could have been potential best friends, Eric couldn’t contain himself. The first thing he did when he got on the train was turn a girl purple. That earned him a strike over the head with a rather heavy book but it also got him several laughs and a following of kids who apparently appreciated his sense of humor. The next few hours were spent laughing until their stomachs ached.
Ever since he first laid eyes on Hogwarts, he fell in love with it. His first thought when he saw the huge castle where he would spend the next seven years of his life was: “If that’s the school, they must have a hell of a Quidditch pitch.” He made it on the team his first year, a feat few managed to accomplish. It was all up hill for him from then on, despite the rough bouts of detentions and disciplinary meetings with the head of his house. Though he found Magical History to be nothing more than a snore fest, there were several classes that he particularly enjoyed. Transfiguration was always pretty fun. The Defense against the Dark Arts and Charms were entertaining as well. He knew he was going to have fun but never imagined he would love school as much as he did. Hogwarts became his home.
ABOUT YOU Name: Eric Years of Experience: 2 Sample Post: Laughter echoed through the silent corridor as a boy and two young witches made their way around the corner and hurried back up to their rooms before they were caught out of bed after hours. Though they would have been much better off staying quiet so that they could sneak up to their rooms, it wouldn’t have been very fun. Eric much preferred the daredevil approach, laughing in the face of danger as he strolled around another corner with his arms over the girl’s shoulders..
The moon shown bright through the tall castle windows and cast an eerie glow on every portrait they passed. One picture in particular noticed the trio stumbling by, unable to stand up straight because they were laughing so hard. Eric, his blue eyes sparkling in the moonlight, happened to notice the man in the frame moving from picture to picture in order to catch up to them.
“What are you three doing out so late? You know that scruffy old billy goat of a caretaker is makin’ his way round the corner. He’ll be onto your scent in a few seconds you know.” Spoke the plump old man in the picture. Eric stopped laughing right away and exchanged a nervous glance with both girls. He slid his hands down to his side and glanced over his shoulder. One of the witches let out an audible gulp and as if it were the starting gun of a race, they took off in a sprint.
“Whose there? I hear ya, you good for nothing rule breakers! There are students out of bed! Students out of bed!” Called a deep, rough voice from behind. The three ran even faster, now only a few feet away from the staircase that would take them to their rooms. Eric reached down into his pocket and pulled out a long wooden rod, his wand.
“You girls go ahead. I have a surprise for Mr. Snuggles.” He said, chuckling a bit at the nickname they gave Filch. The girls giggled and stumbled through the staircase while Eric forced his back up against the wall and waited as the footsteps he heard came closer. “I’ve got you know. You can’t hide from me.” Just as Argus Filch turned the corner, Eric cried “Aguamenti!” A torrent of water shot out of his wand and hit the caretaker square in the face to knock him down on his butt while the wizard sprinted through the staircase, now laughing harder than ever.
