Ahh, the inquisitive Imogen. She really startled me the day we met but not in the way most would assume. She was shorter at the time and couldn't reach the book she was reaching for so I walked over to help, being about six inches taller than her. Her glance when I pulled the book down was like she was looking through me and I had nearly dropped it. So, without saying much, we sat near each other to work on our homework. I couldn't help myself from looking at her through the corner of my eye but that was when I noticed she kept furrowing her brow and scratching her head. Finally, I worked up the nerve to walk over and help her. Honestly, I think she is beautiful. I may not be comfortable enough with her yet to talk much but not many people see all of me much anyway. I like that she can talk to me though and not worry when I don't say much back. We flirt plenty and are growing closer and frankly, I hope that doesn't stop.

We met at the beginning of my fifth year during the school feast. She had been asking the people in her vicinity to pass her the chicken and so I automatically did since everyone else seemed too pre-occupied with their own sh*t to be polite and actually pass it along. Or something like that. I'd been working on a story then, so I barely glanced at her. Just long enough to acknowledge that she was pretty and that was pretty much it. And then, suddenly, she was the best of friends with my best friend (I honestly have no idea how that happened because it was like one day they didn't even know each other and the next they were as thick as thieves) and, naturally, we ended up being around each other more and more often. And then she kissed me during Halloween, but I was with Jordan at the time and, well, we were just friends back then. And then she went skinny dipping with me. And then I kissed her. And then she kissed me. And now...now I have no idea how I feel about her. Oh, I know I have feelings for her. But with my new determination to cut away from everyone, it's all just one, big mess because I don't know how to feel anymore, and I don't want to feel anymore, but she just...she won't leave. Me and Imogen weren't very close our first year, but then me and Violet found her sitting in an empty compartment on our way to school for second term. She was pretty shy at first, but after awhile, me and Violet got her talking. Me and her talked the whole way to school. My stomach was sore by the time we got to the feast from laughing so hard. I don't see Imogen as much as I would love to because of the house differences, but whenever we do, we crack jokes none-stop. I love my Imogen. So many people helped me get over Lindsay's death, and Imogen was definitely there with a bunch of jokes to cheer me right up.

Um, Imogen? Well, she is a little harsh. I mean, I don't hate anyone but she seems to hate me. I just don't think she can put up with my flaws. That is fine. I don't have a problem wiith her at all. I just choose to avoid her. At all costs. So, Owen usually finds me in my common room, I don't go looking for him in his. Their just seems to be some sort of pattern with Ravenclaws, one I can't pinpoint. But, they rarely can tolerate me. I am intellegent. I just can't remember that I am intellegent. Well, Imogen is me best friend's best friend. I was bound to meet her some time. An' you know what? She's a very interestin' person indeed. Imogen and I er...started talking when I saw her snog Caradoc Dearborn in the library way back in her third year - my fourth. It was a pretty...er...interesting conversation, to say the least.
