I've been to funerals more interesting then this boring class. Defense against the Dark Arts? It's quite amusing to learn the other side of the spectrum. Whoever is lucky enough to receive this note please save me from this horrible disease that is boredom.

If it helps you sleep at night, Yes I would stand and fight, and anyone that wouldn't should not call themselves Purebloods.
And trying to chat with a squawking crow is that much more fun.

Squawking crow? Oh man, looks like someone needs to go back to the first years and clarify the difference between a crow and raven.
But hey, since i'm not a total asshole, I'll help you out - ravens are a lot bigger, more intelligent, and more intimidating.

I know what a raven is, because I have one as a pet at home.
Alright looks like I will have to hold your hand and walk you through this one.
Crows are annoying, not as intelligent, nor as regal. Hence the reason I called you that.
Seems the Ravenclaws are getting a bit less picky with their sorting...
Sadly enough I wish I could say the same.
Sleep has been evading me as of late. I might see if I can nick a bottle or two from another house mate.
