The halls seemed emptier than usual. Hailey wasn't sure if it was because it was late or there were less students this year or she was just tired. Probably the last. She grinned and ran up the stairs two at a time. Maybe running would give her energy. Oh Hailey- Your logic is soo flawed... She grinned, remembering when James- or was it Sirius?- had said that to her last year...many times. It was true. And it certainly made sense now. Haily slumped down on the stairs. Running to give her energy? If anything that would make her even more exhausted. "I need an energy drink and some sugar in my system or I'm gonna crash," she murmured the words softly.
Hailey ran her fingers through her hair. Sighing, she got up. She'd head to Gryffindor Tower than relax in the commonroom. Hopefully there would be others there to take her mind off her tiredness. Hailey didn't even know why she was tired. Maybe just not used to doing so much in a day after relaxing all summer. Well, she'd have to get used to it. Classes hadn't even started yet. She walked up the stairs and turned to corner.
Hailey muttered the password and entered teh Commonroom as the portrait swung open. She sighed and collapsed into a chair. Her parents had said they would want a letter saying everything was alright. Gee, they almost acted like they cared about her. Stop, Hailey! Stop moaning and complaining and do something! Hailey rolled her eyes and began to slowly twists her hair around her finger. God, she was bored. [/blockquote]

Tic Toc Tic Toc
It was kind of weird actually, there was not a clock by her but for some reason she could almost hear the motions in her head. Perhaps it was her nerves acting up again, she still hadn’t gotten used to being here and it was doing a dreadful number on her sleep. It was hard to sleep at all actually, she had began to read late at night to make herself drowsy enough to go to sleep. It looks like she would be doing the same this night; hopefully this problem of hers wouldn’t last long. She would need lots of sleep once classes actually started, but for now she would bear with it. Throwing her covers to the side she climbed out of bed tip toeing her way out of the room.
Aelita was not in the mood to accidentally wake up roommates like she did last night. The girl she had woken up had been mad as a devil, holding a slight grudge even when morning came. This time she would be certain not to wake up the girl or any of them for that matter. Keeping her footsteps soft she crept her way to the common room her book secured with in her grasp. Once see reached the common room everything would be all right. She could read quietly and not have to worry about disturbing anyone with any sort of noise that she may have made. She had been concentrating so much on being quite that she had not noticed the other girl in the common room.
All would of gone well if it hadn’t been for Aelita being so nervous, the moment she saw Hailey in the chair she had jumped a little and lost her grip on the book she was carrying. The book made a noise when it’s hard cover hit the floor, hopefully she hadn’t woken anyone up with the noise. Reaching down she quickly picked up the book but kept her eyes on the floor for a moment. From a sane persons point of view it would look as if Aelita had been up too no good, sneaking out perhaps. Finally raising her eyes to meet the other occupant in the room she searched her brain for something to say.

Rollover. Sigh. Rollover. Thump.
Bell sat up, shivering from the cold floor she had just fallen on, and looking up at the clock that sat quietly on her night stand. Six o'clock. No wonder it was so quiet. Standing up, Bella turned to stare out the window, flinching at the pain in her head. Then the pain was gone, she stood there gasping, like an idiot, at the magnificent scene that lay before her. The sun had just rose over the horizon, as brilliant colors painted the skies.
Despite the head splitting pain in her head, Bella smiled. It was a wonderful quiet day.....at least until class starts. Without wasting another minute, Bella tore off her sleeping clothes and slipped on her uniform and was already down the stairs.
Maybe the fall from bed had screwed up Bella's head. But whatever the cause, one thing was for sure: She was definitely not thinking. She hadn't noticed the two people downstairs in the Common Room......or chairs to be exact. And had sat down, unintentionally, on one of the "occupied" chairs, "Aaaah!"squealed Bella as she jumped off the chair "Pardon me, Miss!"
She couldn't help it, the words just slipped out of her mouth. As her eyes focused in on the person she sat on. Haily Swan. She relaxed. "Oh, Good Morning Haily" she gasped, her heart beating hysterically
