ABOUT THE CHARACTER Name: Vivienne Alexandra Schwartz [Nickname]: Vas Age: 14 Gender: Female Year: Fourth Year Celebrity: Natalie Portman
Canon or Original? Original
Facial Properties: 1 Vas often is remarked as looking older then the really is, which she takes as a marvelous compliment. Being the little sibling of the house, she’s frequently reminded of it by her family and anyone thinking otherwise is well in her books. Vas has very slender features and loves to be dolled up in makeup, making her skin appear much more translucent then normal. Her eyes are a deep shade of green, not your everyday color but lovely all the same. While her right eye is bright in the shade, the other is faded and dull – this is because Vas in blind in her left eye. Her parents have offered to fix it with a simple wave of the wand, but Vas hasn’t ever been bothered by it. She feels it makes her different, more easily remembered; which of course, she has dreams of everyone knowing her name one day. Physique: 1 While she isn’t quite old enough to have all the distinguishable curves of a woman, Vas still looks fair and knows it too – she loves to flaunt her body. She loves to dress up or wear sundresses about the school on weekends. Jeans hasn’t ever really appealed to her, being a mere five feet, two inches. Wearing petite always makes her feel shorter then she is, preferring the gentle frills of skirts instead. In fact, pretty much the only time she ever likes to wear jeans was when she goes out riding. Vas isn’t really into the whole “work out, let’s go to the gym” type of thing, but does maintain a stable weight and fine waist line. Despite her lack in exercise, she makes up with it in her eating habits – Vas is a vegetarian, loving animals too much to ever consider eating one. Consequently she doesn’t have to try very hard to make sure she looks good.
Personality: 1 Vas loves to joke that she have a multiple personalities, and to an extent, that’s very much a truthful statement. On a daily school based level, Vas works much harder then your average student. She has been able to keep all her grades over an Acceptable and spends long hours on her homework to make sure she has everything just right – Vas hates to be wrong, and more so hates when she gets marked down for being wrong. This is in part due to her love of reading, always being fascinated with everything she ever reads. School is seemingly never a chore for the girl. 2 However, when it comes to the night life, Vas can be quite the party animal. She loves to go out with a bunch of friends and get into all sorts of trouble – but the thing is, they never do get caught. She’s basically up for anything and loves the old “Come on Vivienne, I dare you to…” because she always completes the dare. Thinking she’s better then everyone is something she’s good at and loves to prove it through her actions as well. Sometimes that tendency does get in her trouble, but Vas isn’t one to ever take back something she’s said or done; you either love her or hate her – whatever you decide she isn’t about to go and try to change your mind. 3 Despite the bag habits Vas has, she likes to think of herself as a really good person to be friends with. If you’re having trouble getting through something, she’s willing to sit down and listen, or hug you and cry right alongside you. Likewise, if someone comes to her and is in a downright state because of something that someone said or did, Vas is quick to go track down the sorry fool and let them know they had it coming. She can get a tad violent sometimes, magic and physical – but her pride is too big: sometimes she doesn’t win, all talk and no game. Needless to say when she looses that’s only more motivation to come back one day and show them whose boss. 4 Overall, Vas could be grouped into your every day teenager. She can be loving and sweet, but she can also glance at you with such a startling glare you might as well drop dead right then and there. It just depends on how you first meet her: first impressions, in Vas’s opinion, are everything, which is why she’s so stressed over her appearance and making sure she’s presentable at all times. Sometimes an annoying habit, but it pays off.

History: 1 Alphonse Schwartz was a man with a lot to offer and in effect, it made many woman try to claim his attention every where he went. He was a powerful man in the Ministry, presiding over the Creature-Induced Injuries department single handedly – the boss of the boss, everyone answered to him. With women so willing to become this single man’s wife, Alphonse became immune to the ways of the female population - until he met Eliane Chaffee. Immediately drawn towards her, she was the only one to ever reject him – at first. Over the years he was able to win her over with his remarkable charm and only three months into their marriage, Eliane was announced pregnant. 2 The first child born was Leon Evrard Schwartz. Being a pureblood their son was blessed with wizarding powers and a mere five years later, Vivienne Alexandra Schwartz was born, also a witch. Once the appropriate age, Leon was sent off to Hogwarts leaving Vivianne to her solitude as an only child during the school year. Being the baby in the family made her quite spoiled, but somehow it wasn’t as fun not having her brother around to rub it in his face. She disliked their large house when she had it all to herself, so it was during the summers that she enjoyed herself most, loving a full house. Most of the time Leon and Vas would benefit from the warm sunlight, able to go out riding their horses and sometimes get their parents to join in as well. 3 Vivienne was ecstatic to finally get on the Hogwarts Express with Leon her first year. Her brother was now a fifth year but that didn’t stop the siblings from being as close as ever. Sometimes Leon would get annoyed with his little sister, Vivienne being so attached since they were away from home, but for the most part they got along. Only on rare occasion would he ever yell at her for always following him around; but Leon would always come back and apology later, unable to deny Vivienne anything when she acted adorable…and threatened to tell Mum and Dad. 4 Four year later has brought Vivienne a long way. She was as happy as ever to be coming back, but her spirits were slightly dampened knowing Leon wasn’t going to be there with her anymore, having graduated the previous year. He’s promised to keep in touch, writing just as frequently as her parents do. All the same, she’s ready for another year at Hogwarts and can’t wait to see all her friends again.
ABOUT YOU Name: Izzy Years of Experience: About five years. Sample Post: 1 Vas sat up in her room aimlessly staring out her window to look down at their yard. She, in Vas’s opinion, had the best room with a view in the entire house. It overlooked the fields separating the Schwartz’s household from the next and the best part was she could see the barn from her room too. Each family member had their own horse and currently, the mini herd was lazily grazing out in the pasture. Her own horse was a mustang, having been roped up by her father and trained by him too, with assistance from Vas of course. That was one thing they still did the old fashion way, or “the Muggle way” as Leon put it – they never trained a horse with magic, but taught them through experience like a normal rancher would do. She had named the colt Rein out of spite, the wild horse having never liked reins at all. He didn’t like being tied up let alone guided around by a bit in the mouth. He scarcely liked the saddle he was forced to wear – on occasion. Vas had learned quickly that Rein actually listened to her better without all the silly Muggle restraints. 2 A quiet knock rapped her door, making her smirk. Vas didn’t turn around from her perch as she answered “Come in.” She knew who it would be anyways. And sure enough, Leon came bounding in and snatched her by the waist, flinging her up into a bear hug. “What’s the princess doing up here all by herself?” he teased, kissing her forehead. In more then one way, Vas and Leon were best friends. Of course, his actions made her feel small, because her growing up hadn’t changed the way he treated her. Out of due habit she’d already locked her legs around his waist and looped her arms around his neck. “Leave it to you to ruin a perfectly serene moment,” Vas scowled at her brother. Leon rolled his eyes in response and then wheeled her around into piggy-back position. “Come on, Ace needs a good ride and I’m not about to go braving the frontier without you; it’d seriously break tradition.” Vas laughed at him as he carried her down the stairs and out through the back door of the kitchen. They’d been calling their backyard the frontier for years and even older now, she still thought of it that way. “You’re pretty dang slow for being a cowboy,” she teased. Leon chuckled, “Oh yeah? Watch this.” He immediately began running towards the barn, Vas bouncing up and down on his back at the fast pace. 3 Leon wasn’t even breathing any harder then he had been a moment ago as he swung Vas down onto the concrete floor in the barn. “Show off,” Vas muttered, placing her hands on her hips while Leon grabbed Ace’s halter; Reins halter was hung up on the wall right beside his, covered in a layer of dust. As the pair went out to the pastures, the four horses perked their heads up at the sound of approaching footsteps. Instinctively they scattered, not wanting to be put to work. Leon hopped the railing and went after Ace – Vas stayed on the outside and placed her hands over the railing, making kissing noises to Rein. Her mustang looked up and instantly trotted over, shoving his nose into her open hand. “Hey boy,” she grinned, kissing his whiskered muzzle. Vas already had Rein out and was sitting lightly on his bare back when Leon walked Ave over, secured in his halter. “Show off,” he returned teasingly. 4 Vas walked Rein around in circles outside the barn as Leon got his horse saddled up. It didn’t take too long, but she still had gone in enough circles for Rein to start protesting by the time Leon trotted out upon Ace. “Took you long enough,” Vas giggled. “I thought Ace had done you in for sure. I half expected him to come galloping out celebrating his newly found freedom.” Leon gave her a dark look, laughing dyly. “You’re hysterical,” he grimaced, and the lightened up thereafter. “Let’s go then princess.” He was galloping away in a cloud of dust in the time it took Vas to blink. “Hiya!” she commanded Rein and kicked his sides hard. Rein seized the opportunity to run wild and caught up with Ace quickly, surpassing them with little effort. It would be a long time before the Schwartz siblings returned home. Other: Classically, Sectumsempra, Mimbulus Mimbletonia
