Facial Properties: Rhys’ hair is long, a past her shoulders length, and a copper-y color with a slight wave to it that can straighten or curl depending on the weather and whether or not she wants to use some simple beauty charms on it. Her skin is generally clear, no pimples and her freckles are light except for the few scattered across the back of her shoulders or on her chest, and her skin is pretty light in skin shades… But not in a sickly way. Rhys’ eyes are green and she often has a suspicious look settled on her features. Her lips are a nice, natural color of red and her nose is fit perfectly to the rest of her face.
Physique: Rhys height is average, pretty blendable in a crowd, and her body shape is slender and also pretty average, with just slight curves that are right for a girl of her age and height. Despite her pretty average appearance Rhys does actually have a tattoo.
The tattoo is a phoenix that’s black, no colored ink at all, and kind of looks like it’s flying up the right side of her back with the tail starting mid-way on her hip.

Personality: Rhys likes to think herself an independent thinker and an artist of sorts. She prides herself in being great in odd stuff like Divination and Origami and despises anyone that thinks she’s a poser.
Rhys is usually pretty mellow and calm, except when someone is stupid enough the ridicule her family or independence. When that happens it’s best to just hide in a closet somewhere until she calms down or takes out her anger on some other person.
Rhys is also a bit of a prankster, usually dragging Oz into trouble with her so she doesn’t have to spend her detentions alone. She usually targets people of different houses or people that are in years under her.
Rhys is also well known for being a bit boy crazy. She falls a lot, but usually gets over her crushes in about a weeks time if it isn’t working the way she wants, but sometimes she really will fall for a guy for more than his appearance.

History: Rhys and her twin brother Oz, Ozymandius, were born to Miranda and David Skirrow. Miranda was born to a family of blood traitors and David had been born as a Muggle-born, but both Miranda and David were perfectly blissful when they married and started to run a prosperous magical sweet shop together in Diagon Alley.
Rhys and Oz were both raised in the Wizarding world, occasionally traveling to Liverpool to visit their father’s parents, and were always around magic and brooms and other things like that. They definitely enjoyed themselves while growing up, taking advantage of all their surroundings to learn as much about magic as they could when they were little.
Rhys first showed magical abilities at the age of age 8, a year later than Oz, when she kind of freaked out at her grandparents and made some books fly off of the shelf. Three years later Rhys and Oz both got their letters via owl. Everyone was absolutely ecstatic!
At school Rhys and Oz stayed lose, depending greatly on each other, as well as making new friends of enemies of their own.
In her first six years at Hogwarts Rhys discovered her love of Transfiguration and Divination, and her loathing of Ancient Runes. She made some close friends, some real nasty enemies, and dated some real cute guys!
Now Rhys is in her 7th year and concentrating on making the absolute best of it all!

This app is insanely short! I specify about 400 words for the Personality and History fields and you have given me nowhere near that amount.

If you expect this character to be accepted, I need to have enough material to sort her into a house and decide if she is a concise enough character to be allowed to roleplay.

C'mon, I gave you the benefit of the doubt with Gemma, our standards are higher than this.
