ABOUT THE CHARACTER Name: Lucius Malfoy Age: 17 Gender: Male Year: Seventh Celebrity: Boyd Holbrook
Canon or Original? Canon
Facial Properties: Lucius has platinum blonde hair that isn't too short but not quite medium length either, with parts that flop down into his face. His skin is quite pale, making his hair seem darker than it is and his eyes are a dark navy. His eyebrows are dark, like his eyes, and contrast to his pale complexion. He has two straight rows of perfect teeth that make for an amazing, arrogant smile. Physique: Lucius is a bit taller than average and walks with a bit of a cocky strut. He is very fit and active and considers his appearance of highest importance as he is a bit of a flirt with the ladies- the respectable ones any way. He works out alot to maintain his physqiue even if it means less time on homework- grades aren't his highest concern by far.
Personality:Lucius has a thorough disdain for anyone that is not pure-blodd and considers everyone else to be unimportant and below him. He is the king of his social circle and knows it, bearing the title proudly. He despises mudbloods and doesn't think they dshould be allowed in the school. Anyone in Gryffindor is his enemy and he doesn't like the other houses that much either- though the hot girls are fine.
This summer there has been one girl that Lucius found he couldn't keep his mind off of. Narcissa Black. The hot slytherin fifth year has occupied many of his thoughts this summer and he has decided to ask her out this year. After all, who wouldn't go out with him? Well maybe a few Gryffindor girls, but they're losers.
Lucius thinks very high of himself and very low of anyone who doesn't agree with him. He devotes his time to Quidditch and fun, having little patience for studies. He priedes himself on being a Malfoy, though, and knows he needs to pick up the pace with schoolwork this year.
His favorite classes are Potions and Defence against the Dark Arts- though he much wishes they were being taught the Dark Arts themselves and not the defense rubbish. He doesn't mind Potions class as much as some others but despises Charms, Transfiguration and Care of MAgicla creatures- not having much time for pesky animals. He loves playing Quidditch and is proud to be the Slythering seeker.

History:Lucius' parents gave their son anything he wanted and he had a very nice time growing up. His parents are strong supporters of the Dark Lord and he has been the same. Always. End of Story. The Malfoy's mansion is huge and sprawling and Lucius grew up as a 'proper young man' learning to be proper at all costs and disdainful of those beneath him. While at Hogwarts, he concentrates himself not on being proper but on being 'cool' however when he goes out on dates he enjoys treating the girl like she is special and being the perfect gentleman- or as he prefers 'ladies man'.
Lucius first did what could have been called magic when he was eight years old. He was furious with his father for some reason and he set the drapes on fire. His mother was dismayed at first but quite happy when she realized it had been magic and that her son was indeed a proper wizard (for at first she had thought he had merely tipped a candle over- but alas he was too far away). His father was proud and went out and bought a puppy for his son the next day. Lucius was never one to like or have feelings for animals but he enjoyed hunting with his father and was proud of his pure-bred fox-hound whom he named Demon.
When Lucius recieved the letter from Hogwarts he felt happier than he had ever been before. Finally he would be able to learn magic and learn to control it. The idea of school didn't really take his fancy but he was too enthralled by the idea of learning magic to pay attention. That very day, Lucius' mother took her son out and bought him a beautiful tawny owl for sending messages (Cynella), a top-line cauldron and all his spell books in prime conditions, feeling that her son must have the best.
Lucius enjoyed his time at Hogwarts at first, enchanted with the magic, but gradually the 'spell' began to wear off. He still enjoyed performing magic but he was beginning to despise certain subjects, teachers, students. He has always been tremedously proud to be a Slytherin but lately he has come to dislike Hogwarts more and more. Returning for his last year he feels he will be happy to see the end of Hogwarts and knows that he will be moving on to bigger and better things come next year...
ABOUT YOU Name: Kabby or Kaede Years of Experience: one or two Sample Post: Sirius sat in his room, peering out the musty window. Finally, quiet. Downstairs his mother and father were fussing over Regulus as usual, with not a thought to their other son. But he didn't want their attention. Not now and not ever. He got up with a sigh and walked across his small room to where a small calendar was pinned against the wall. He had circled September 1st in red marker and slashed off all the days before up until today. August 29th. With a semi-grin he pulled a marker out of his pocket and drew a new slash through today's date. Three more days.
The thought made Sirius much happier and he returned to the chair by his old desk. Three days until he could be at Hogwarts again and then he wouldn't have to see his parents or this disgusting home for many months. He wouldn't even have to see Regulus much; his brother wasn't even in the same house. His grin widened as he also thought of seeing his friends again; Remus, Peter and of course, James. Once he got to Hogwarts he would be free to do what he wanted instead of wandering around an old house, tiptoeing all the time, trying to make his parents forget he was there. Not that they need much persuasion, Sirius thought, and snorted. It was true, his parents constantly pretended he didn't exist, expect perhaps to point out that his clothes were filthy or he should cut his hair or mutter to each other loudly what a disappointment he was, pretending they didn't mean for him to hear.
Sirius slouched back further in the chair and rolled his eyes. Big news. He had realized long ago what a disappointment he had turned out and a few malicious words from his parents weren't going to ruin his day or make he feel guilty. He was distracted form his thoughts as he saw a small speck in the sky, approaching his window slowly. Sirius grinned and leaned forward. His hands fumbled on the rickety window crank and he turned it softly, watching the window creak and finally open. Ciel flew in a couple minutes later and Sirius petted her feathers softly. "That's my girl. Back with a letter for me?"
Ciel hooted softly and stuck out one leg in which a small envelope was tied with red string. Sirius grinned and untied the letter. Ciel hopped onto her perch and he leaned back in the chair and began to read the letter. It was from James.
Hey Sirius!
How are you? Never mind, don't answer. I can guess you've probably had a horrible summer in that house you hate so much, I feel really bad for you but there's no way your parents would have let you visit me. Even if you're old enough almost to not have to listen to them, you've explained countless times how you're practically imprisoned during the summer so I didn't think it would work out. But hey, I did offer right?
Sirius pulled a wry grin. It was true. James had offered many times for him to come over but Sirius had known his parents wouldn't have let him out of the house. Most days they locked his door so he couldn't even leave his room. He sighed and turned back to the letter.
Anyway, I don't really have much to say but I know you enjoy getting mail from your buds during the summer and I can't wait to see you soon. Just hold on for three more days, pal!
James
Sirius sighed and dropped the letter onto his desk. James had a point, sort of. He picked up a quill and a piece of parchment and began to write back, the same though circulating through his mind over and over. Three more days, three more days, three more days, three more days... Other: blackboard

Please run a spell-check and check capital letter use. This is a must before I can accept you. Remember that if you have trouble with punctuation you will be expected to go through this process in all your roleplay posts on site, to help you improve.
Otherwise - a nice app.

I'm sorry but you took too long to respond. It's bad manners to post an application and then not come online again.
