Okay, so not only was this thread the most fast-paced we've had in ages (I think Jessie and Bizzy finished it in, what, a couple of hours?? Definitely less than a day), but it's certainly caught my eye! Not only is it beautifully written - but then again, what can you expect from these two? - but it's also unique in that Kiki and Severen are just friends (right now anyhow), and lately you don't get to see a lot of 'just friendshippy' threads, since people tend to focus more on romantic plots than anything (I am guilty of this as well of course bahaha). Even thought she knew that contacting Harley would make Severen mad, Kiki still went ahead and did it, in the characteristic move of any good friend who actively attempts to do what's best for their friend, even if said friend might disagree. It's the real friends that are willing to upset you when they know what they're doing is the best for you, and that's exactly what Kiki did here. Perhaps my favourite thing about this thread is how natural it all seems - the argument that's sparked as a result of Harley's sudden arrival, the betrayal that Severen felt, how Kiki is immediately defensive but still adamant in her belief that it was the right thing to do. However, the fight doesn't last for long because, deep down, Severen knows that Kiki did it because she loves him, and Kiki didn't actually want to upset him, and they both cave in and their dynamic becomes comforting instead of angry and they're back to being friends looking out for each other. To put it simply - this thread has all the content needed to make it awesome, which is why I think it deserves this award =D

Have you read this amazing thread by Biz and Jessie yet? No? Well, get to it! Because it is seriously good. Biz and Jessie have this amazing chemistry when they write - I remember back when they had Brielle and Arthur, and back in the days of Skye and Wes, and it was more than apparent back then. Kiki and Severen are different from the previous couples, but in a way, they're even more special. They've been friends for so long and Kiki really knows Severen. She knows when he's upset, and she knows what's bothering him. In this case, she knows that he can't let go of something he feels guilty for, so she does what, in her mind, is the right thing to do to help him, and makes him confront his guilt in the face - literally. Even though it initially angers Severen, in the end Kiki was right and he comes to terms with it. They love each other deeply, and even though they had a fight, once it's over their relationship is only validated and strengthened. Biz and Jessie did a great job conveying all the complexities and emotions in this thread, and I honestly can't wait to see more of Severen and Kiki in the future. Their chemistry is undeniable, and wonderfully addictive. Kudos to you, girls!
