I'm almost all caught up with my work.
You know what that means, right?
Cuddling. And gossiping. And actually talking. I feel like we haven't really talked in aaaages, and it's just tearing me apart! Come to me, love me, and let me love you back! I need my Wendy!

I am very much okay with all of this. We'll have a slumber party of sorts and get caught up on everything. Oh, gosh, I haven't actually slept in my bed in ages.

I'm not the type of girl to kiss and tell, Lucy, you know that. However, to borrow a phrase from Ian: Hmm.
And what about you? Have you and Will been spending quality time together?

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAH. I am pleased. Is that creepy? It totally is Whatever I don't care I AM PLEASED. Why do I always argue with myself on paper
Psssht. Define quality time. Quality time, all the time. Sexy time? HAR HAR. No but seriously. Quality time, of course. I've started utilizing him as a body pillow. ...That sounds inappropriate. It's more comfortable to sleep my mysterious ways, though. And... yeah. I'm going to shut up now. Oh my God.

Oh, good. Me too (if you know what I mean).
Oho. That sounds... cozy. I'm sure he really doesn't mind you all pressed up against him, though.

He damn well better not mind. Otherwise he's gonna be in a whole world of trouble.
So, I finally decided that I want to find out over Christmas whether or not it's a boy or girl. ....Eeeeeeek.

Haha, uh oh. Fear the wrath of Lucy, pregnant woman of terror.
Oh! Oh, you have to owl me as soon as you know, all right? I'll be at Ian's, but your owl should be able to find me. Are you excited?!

I'd like to think I can be pretty scary sometimes, if I need to be.
I will definitely owl you! And of course I'm excited! I don't know, I'm nervous too. I don't know why I'm nervous. Maybe I'm misinterpreting anxiousness for nervousness. I don't know! Aah. It'll be good, though, to know. I'm going to go all out with the adorable outfits. And mum wants to know what it is, so she can start crocheting the baby blanket. Tradition, you know. All of the grandkids have one.

Of course you're nervous, this whole baby thing is kind of a big deal, haha. Are you and Will thinking of names yet or waiting until you find out the sex?

We've brought it up a few times, but I think it's probably best to wait until we know what the sex is just because I don't want to get attached to any names. I don't think he'd have that problem, but I'm a girl, and I'm weird like that. Like, seriously, okay, I probably wrote about thirty baby name lists between the ages of seven and seventeen.

Thirty? Gosh, I haven't even thought of one! I guess I figured if I ever have kids, I'd know what their names "felt" like when they were born.
Has it been kicking lately? ... Hah, I guess once you find out the sex everyone can stop calling your baby "it". Do you have any sort of ~feeling~ as to what it could be?

Yeah, that's another thing. What if my baby comes out looking more like an Olivia than an Isabella? I think I'd like to have narrowed my choices down to three or four, and Will and I can go from there.
Yes. Last night, a lot. Today, not as much. It feels so weird. Like an alien. Or, you know, like a tiny human inside of me.
And the ~feeling~ changes like, every day. I have no idea. No idea at all. Does that make me a bad mom? My siblings are all placing bets, though, which is really great. You've seen that thing Owen will do, right? Walking up to my belly, grabbing it and saying 'Please be a boy, please be a boy, please be a boy'.

That sounds reasonable, yeah.
Hah, aww. Well next time it kicks, let me know. I want to feeeeel. If you don't mind - though it'd be kinda weird if you minded, considering I think I've groped your boobs more times than your boyfriend. Oops?
Hah, of course not. I mean, even the doctor could be wrong. The kid could be cleverly hiding their genitalia or they're just shy, or maybe the doctor thinks that the arm is a penis. I dunno, but maybe your baby will behave itself and show us if it's a mini-Lucy or a mini-Will. Have you been taking those prenatals?

Don't worry, I'll tell you! It's just so hard sometimes cause he'll do it, and I'll get excited, but sometimes she'll only kick once, and then he'll do it again, and then she'll stop, and then he'll do it again, and then I'll tell someone, and then she'll stop. He. She. Gosh. And I hope he she behaves because for whatever reason not knowing what he she is makes me feel strangely guilty.
Yes to the prenatals. I am an excellent pregnant lady. I have become strangely aware of the things I put in my body and I'm eating all sorts of fish because that's good for you, and protein, and ~healthy fats and vegetables, blah blah blah, the whole nine yards.
Also, doesn't my hair look great today?
