Dear Jayden,
I'M BACK!! Oh my gosh, it's SO good t be back! I didn't know I'd miss my home so much, but America is SUCH a completely different place and the people there are SO different! I mean, they're amazing, of course (although their slang is SO weird. I mean, I thought Irish was weird, but American is just as strange!! They say things like "groovy" and "burn" and stuff!). I actually started missing the British accent, though! I mean, there was Stefan and Lyle and stuff, of course, but still it was just strange to be surrounded by the American accent. Still, it was AMAZING! Did you get my post card??? I don't know how fast muggle mail can travel from American to England, but it's probably not as fast as an owl. I didn't know where to find an owl, though! Every place we went to was muggle-like (although I'm almost positive I spotted someone apparating once because one second he was there and the next, POOF. But it might have been just my imagination). I'm also SO EXHAUSTED. I feel like we went EVERYWHERE. The first day we just couldn't sleep because of jet lag and the day was so weird and messed up but we went out at night and just kinda explored, it was super fun! Let's see, the second day, Stefan and I were the only ones who were awake really early so we snuck out and roamed around some more (we managed to come back before everyone else woke up, though, otherwise my Papi would've FLIPPED OUT). After that, we visited the statue of liberty and went all the way to the top and OH MY GOSH THE VIEW WAS SO AMAZING JAYDEN!!! You know how I love heights? TREES DON'T EVEN COMPARE TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE FROM UP THERE. I could've sworn I could see THE WHOLE WORLD. Of course, I couldn't, but still it was close enough! I took plenty of pictures for you, too! Probably won't come out as good as if you had taken them, but still!
Oh, and we also went to the Empire State Building! It's really, really tall. And um. OH. WE SAW A BROADWAY SHOW! It was called "Annie" and oh my Dios I LOVED it!! The music and the dancing and the actors and dkljfdgf it was just so good! I wanted to see another one but I couldn't say because the tickets are real expensive and Elisebeta was the one who invited us to it and stuff and I didn't want her to pay more. And anyway, we had lots of other places to see! Oh, we spent a day in central park! Had a picnic and stuff, it was amazing. And then we went to times square on New Year's Eve and did the whole countdown thing and watched the ball drop. Ahhh it was just really, really cool. Also, I got you a gift! You have to come and see me to know what it is, though. So, how soon until you can come and visit me??
Write back soon!
All my love,

Dear Gabby,
My holliers seem so dull in comparison to yours! I have never been to America, but I hear it's wicked crazy. I got your postcard just five days ago! Spent ages looking at it, trying to picture you standing at the top of the statue of liberty. It must have been freezing! Being so high up above the water! I bet American wizards must blend in and hide out as well as wizards do in England. Maybe they have their own neighborhoods too. And I don't know the time difference between London and America but I bet it's a lot, and you must have jet lag from traveling so much.
It sounds like a dream; New York. I really wish I can go there some day! I can't wait to see you so I can greet you with a proper hug and possibly a tackle onto a soft surface so we both don't break our backs. But it sounds like you had the time of your life and I will be expecting to see all the snaps you took of your trip there. It has been nuts at home. Eileen came down with a fever and me mum was all in a fuss about her. Christmas was amazing though, and I got a new guitar! I'm jacked, though. It's been quiet with the family, but definitely good. I have your own Christmas present here with me, too! As soon as you deem it a good time, I'll do my best to get my parents to let me go!
Much love,

Dear Jayden,
Haha, I hope that's not true! (But my holiday was pretty awesome though (; hehe). It WAS freezing but I hardly noticed most of the time because I was too busy being super excited about everything! And yeah, it's like a five hour difference, isn't it? Or maybe more, I'm not sure. But yeah, I was exhausted when I came home, literally slept with my clothes on. I didn't even get to take off my shoes! Tia Inez was kinda upset about that because I got the covers all dirty, but I was just so tired I couldn't help it! It really is good to be home, though, I was starting to get home sick.
I'm sorry to hear about Eileen! I hope she's all better now? Please send her my best wishes! What kind of biscuits does she like best? I'll make them for her! And you can all share them, of course, I'll make a batch for everyone else! Oooh, a new guitar? That's fantastic! Did you write anymore songs during the holiday? Or are you working on the one you sang for me? I hope it's the latter, that song was absolutely beautiful!
Actually, I'd love it if you came as soon as possible. There's something...really important I have to talk to you about. Soon. Really soon. But I can't do it over letters.
All my love,

Dear Gabby,
Wow, five hours. Though, I get homesick, too! Don't you worry about it. It's nice to have you home. Or, at least, in the same country as me again. Would it be too cheesy to say it feels less empty again? Even if I can't really tell, but just knowing you are... I don't know.
She is better now, but thanks! I'll tell her you wish her well, of course. Oh, that would be so sweet! You know they all love your baking. It's not the first time I'd be coming home with 'Gabby goods' and have five people over me before I even have a chance to try them! I've been working on a lot of songs, lately. Tried something with a Christmas spirit but I don't think it worked out very well. I've been scribbling lyrics everywhere but can't quite wrap around the tunes... I suppose I'll just have to practice with my new guitar and get the hang of it! I really am glad you liked it. I meant it.
I'll ask me parents. I'm sure they'll understand I need to see you. And give you your present and all that. Should I be worried? It sounds important. Everything's alright, yah?
Much love,

Dear Jayden,
Aww, it's not cheesy! I totally know what you mean! It was so weird to be away, so...unnatural. But yeah, I get you, don't worry!
I'm glad she's feeling better. And haha, aww, I'm flattered that they like my baking so much! I had no idea, I'll make sure to make extra batches! I wouldn't want anyone not to get their fill! Maybe I should just label little boxes for each person, thus no one will have to be left out! I really did (:
Okay, well, please make it as soon as possible and let me know. And no, it's not really something worrisome, just...important. I might have messed up a little and just...yeah. I really need to talk to you.
All my love,

Dear Gabby,
That's incredibly sweet of you. But don't feel like you have to! My brothers and sisters are a little insane sometimes. Anyway, they say it's a little far away for me to go visit you. I'd have to take a train there and back, so we wouldn't have a lot of time together because they don't want me to be home very late... when is a good day for you? Maybe if I go really early in the morning it would be okay.
Much love,

Dear Jayden,
Oh no, but I want to! And oh, well, that's true. But you could always take a portkey, couldn't you? That's much faster! I think if you write to them and request one or something, I think, then you can get it. I don't know how much it costs, though. And, really, any day is good for me.
All my love,

Dear Gabby,
I can't believe it didn't occur to me to Apparate. I can do that now, remember? It's a little scary to do it such a long distance, but I've been practicing at home (scaring my sisters every day!) and I'm getting better. My mum says she doesn't like it, but I'm overage now and I can do what I want! (;
I'll be there tomorrow at noon?
Much love,
