Facial Properties: He has an average face. His body is growing into his more mature features and his face is developing nicely. Before his teen years, his face was a bit too round. His mother always teased him about it, which he hated, and she would always grab his cheeks to pinch. Cam grew out of it though, his cheek bones rest nicely on his face and he has a nice charming smile. He has a crooked smile but at least it’s a decent one. His teeth inside his mouth are white; he brushes them well and keeps them clean. Cam’s lips chap easily, but he keeps it under control with magic. Thank god for magic. Whenever he spent the holiday vacations with his father, he'd always help him out with his lip problem. The eight years he lived without his father and the magical world was hell trying to make his chapped lips heal. Cam’s hair is a dirty blonde colored texture that curls in waves around his face. He likes to keep it short but sometimes he’ll get lazy and it’ll grow out. His nose is a bit large for his face, but he makes it work. His eyes contrast nicely with his nose but tilt a little bit downwards which gives him an unusual look. His eyes are hazel. When he was little he liked to tell people he had green eyes because he could always see the green inside the brown; however, no one believed him.

Physique: Cameron is a lean boy, he keeps to his lengthy self in pride and doesn’t look at the mucho boys in jealousy. He likes the contrast between himself and the others. He’s 5’11 at the moment, but he isn’t done growing. His father reached 6’3, so he is probably going to be a tall guy. Of course his mother is 5’5, so maybe he is indeed done growing. He has large hands and is a 12 in shoe sizes. Years of swimming gives him a lean athletic look and strong muscles. He swims with the whales and marine animals at the MBC his mother and step father run in Ireland. He swims daily and works as a trainer for some of the animals. His favorite animal, is his orca whale Kaya. He swims with her everyday for hours and would love nothing more then to be with her all day long. At Hogwarts, he doesn't get a chance to swim and he misses his whale horribly.

Personality: On the outside, he can appear as an asshole. He holds his nose up higher than anyone else who wanders the school. He’s loud. He’s a very vocal person and likes to make himself heard. In a group of people, he likes to be the leader. It might be because he is the dominant child of three younger boys. Cameron is a hard kid to understand. He likes to be rather rough on the edges and yet he doesn’t want to hold a grudge. He likes to live life in the moment, and although he can be a little rough, he’s just in it for fun. He’s enjoying his teenage years to the fullest and likes to walk around like he is the center of attention. Yeah, he’s not the nicest kid out there. He likes to tease, and he likes to smirk. He also cheers for fights and laughs along with everyone else when someone is getting themselves in trouble. Cameron is you’re average obnoxious guy who likes to give himself a name.

A double life can be deceiving. Cam is your jerk of a teenage boy at Hogwarts, but in his hometown he has something else going. He keeps to himself and works quietly at the Marine Biology Center (MBC for short). His family is proud of him, even if he tries to ignore it. Either way, he makes sure he doesn’t fuck anything up. Mistakes equal lives and Cameron learned that from such a young age he’s scared out of his mind to make one mistake. He thinks that one mistake will cause an even greater accident then the one with his youngest brother Chase. So Cameron is quiet at home. He holds his inner anger in, and he keeps to himself mostly. He shows his rage to his younger brothers but he keeps himself under control for his parents, or at least he tries to. Cameron's problems with his younger brothers started when his youngest brother tried to jump into the Great White Shark tank. A wild bull shark had been kept captive as the Biologists tried to heal his torn dorsal fin. Cameron’s brother Chase had tried to get in the water. He thought that all the shark needed was a hug and he would feel better. Chase slipped and fell into the water but Cameron jumped in right after him. He saved his brother. But it was too close for Cam. It really messed with him physically and mentally. Whenever he’s back at the MBC, he’s just reminded of that moment, and he shuts up. His teenage drama suddenly doesn’t matter, and all that he thinks about is how he had almost lost his brother.

When you dig past the asshole remarks, Cameron is actually a pretty cool guy. He has a lot going for him. He writes music and sings, his favorite thing to do is swim, he loves the ocean. He sort of grew up with it because he lives with his mother and step father who are two of the most accomplished Marine Biologists in his city. Cameron grew up with the animals and has an especially close bond with a young orca whale that has been in his family’s care for about 6 years. He’s unable to be released, so he stays at the Marine Center under Cameron’s care. His mother let him be the main caretaker after she realized just how strong the bond is between the two. Cameron can ride the orca, and he loves it.

Cameron is a half-blood. His father is a wizard, but his mother is a muggle. His mother couldn’t handle the fact that his father was magical, so she left him. It really tore about his father, but he knew things would be better when Cameron got his acceptance letter to Hogwarts. His mother knows nothing. She doesn’t know he’s at a wizard school for most of the year. She doesn’t care about her son when he’s away at his father’s house. So Cam’s at school and his mother thinks he’s spending quality time with his father. His father doesn’t care that he barely gets to see his son, he’s happy that he’s at Hogwarts, and the Holiday Vacations are enough to keep him happy. Cameron can’t handle the family differences though. When he’s at school, he likes to be loud and likes to be part of everything. He likes to feel like he belongs and likes to know that his secret is at least getting him somewhere. Besides, it’s only on the outside. When kids really get to know Cameron, they know who he truly is. Which is sometimes, maybe only a little small fraction of him, it doesn’t matter; Cameron can be a sweetheart if he really wants to be, but only to a few select girls. To guys, he is and forever will be, an asshole. But it’s all part of the fun and games, because there assholes back. But he loves them. He loves all the jerks in his house and he’s a jerk right with them. He doesn’t like kids from beyond his own house though. He has a hard time with that.

History: His family split up when he was two years old. His father moved out and back into the magical world. He had been trying to hide it and contain it from his wife, but it slipped out one day, and she couldn’t handle it. He really truly did love her, and it hurt him that he had made the mistake and had to leave. Cameron’s mother loved her boyfriend too, but she was scared of him, and she was young, so she concentrated on college. The young couple met at a coffee shop. Sammy Capp was a young 19 year old when she met Ryan Troy. They fell in love and moved in together. Sammy was pursuing her dream as becoming a Marine Biologist, and Ryan was trying to conceal his secret from the love of his life. For awhile everything was perfect. When Sammy became pregnant with Cameron just a year later, the couple couldn’t have been happier. It was horrible when Ryan got in trouble with the Ministry of Magic and Sammy found a letter that had fallen on the floor. There was a lot of fighting, and Cameron was in the middle of it all. At such a young age, he couldn’t understand what was happening, but he could watch. And he saw it all. He watched his dad pack up his bags and leave, and he watched his mom fall apart and cry. He couldn’t do anything to help her though; he was only a two year old baby.

Sammy bounced back. She met Nevin Paul in school and they fell in love. They got married after being together for three years and after a year of being married, they had their first son Michael. Cameron was 6 years old now. He was old enough to go with his mom and step father to the MBC to look at the animals and watch. He learned about the animals and learned all about them. His mother was excited for him to go to kindergarten that fall; it was a really big step for her to see her first born son go to kindergarten. But that was when a letter came that was for Cameron. His mother realized it was from his father and tried to hide it, but Cameron demanded she read it to him. Sammy couldn’t resist as much she wanted to, it was a very odd feeling. His father wanted Cameron to move to his home for the school year and live with his mother in the summer. His mother agreed (She thought he would be attending Green Kingsmen, which was a private boarding school from grades k-12. But of course Cameron was hoping to get a letter from Hogwarts) and Cameron went off to his father’s house. As soon as Cameron left his mother, the secrets began. When Cameron lived with Ryan, he learned about the magical world and learned all about Hogwarts and he grew up as a magical boy when he was with his father. His mother knew nothing. When Cameron returned home in the summer, Michael and Cameron worked at MBC together. Sammy had her second son Travis and Cameron kept his secret safe. When he was ten years old, he got his letter for Hogwarts. It was the most exciting thing that had ever happened in his life, Ryan praised him. He was proud. However, Cameron had a hard time keeping his secret and leading a double life. When he was at Hogwarts, the thoughts of lying to his own mother got to him, and he couldn’t bare it. He was constantly on edge, though he was very good at making himself heard. He had lots of friends, but they kept their distance. He was a loud kid, and he could be nasty. Kids knew this, and yet they respected him. Cameron was pleased with himself. He felt almost proud about the fact that he was an asshole. It kept his mind off of his mother and off of the lies he kept. His father thought of it as a secret, but Cameron thought of it as a lie. He was a very on edge kid.

When Cameron returned to his mother and step father after his first year at Hogwarts, the MBC received an emergency call. Cameron went with his family as they drove an hour from the center to a distress call on an abandoned baby Orca calf. The eleven year old jumped out of the car as they pulled up to the beach and ran to the calf that was in the shallows of the ocean water. He jumped in and swam out to her. He whispered words to her of encouragement and stroked the young whale’s body. She was scared, he knew enough about working with animals to know when an animal was in distress. He gained her trust at that moment, and he helped his step father, mother, and MBC team get the animal into a truck, and towed her away to the center. When she first entered her tank, she was scared out of her mind. Cameron jumped in the water with her. He felt no hesitation and began swimming around with her. She played with him and he developed a very strong bond with her. He was closer to her then any family member he had. He loved her. Cameron named her Kaya, and they played for hours every day. He cared for her and nursed her back to health. Since she had been abandoned by her mother, there was no chance of her being rereleased into the wild. She would have to stay in captivity for her entire life. The thought of that angered Cameron, but he never showed it to the little orca whale. He took it out on his family.

As he got older, and his mother had her fourth child, things got even worse. Cameron was ten when she gave birth to the youngest boy Chase, and the first summer after Hogwarts Cameron had a hard time looking at the newborn baby without realizing just how much of a lie he was leading. It broke him down inside, and he tried to keep away from the three younger brothers he had. It only got worse, at age thirteen, he kept his distance from Michael, and he concentrated on getting his work done at the MBC without much interaction with his family. His mother and step father were fine without that interaction, but his younger brothers had a harder time dealing with that. Last summer when Cameron was fifteen, he was working in the shark tank. He wasn’t a fan of the sharks, but he thought they were interesting. The MBC had recently rescued a Great White Shark that they had named Grey. Cameron had respect for Grey, but he kept his distance. Chase however, did not keep his distance. One day, he got too close to the edge of Grey’s pool and slipped into the water. Cameron instinctively jumped in the water after him without thinking. It was a battle of life and death as Cameron fought to save his brother. Luckily, Cameron got a hold of his brother, but the shark had smelled the blood of Chase from the cuts he had received when he had slipped. The shark took a bite out of Chase’s arm. Cameron fought to get both of them out of the water. Grey let go of Chase and swam back down to the bottom of the tank. He was frightened of the people that were swarming above him. Chase and Cameron were finally pulled out of the tank and Chase was sent to the hospital. He nearly lost his arm, but the doctors were able to repair it. Grey’s future was in jeopardy. But the amazing thing was, Chase refused to let his mother and father harm Grey. He told them that he banned them from doing anything to Grey. Cameron couldn’t believe his ears. His family agreed, and they kept Grey at the MBC. Chase thought of Grey as Cameron thought of Kaya. It disgusted the fifteen year old. He despised the shark. It was a disgusting creature. Chase wouldn’t stand the talk of vile towards the shark though. Cameron had to hold it in. It angered him more than anything in the world. When he returned to Hogwarts that year, he was a bigger ass than he had ever been before. He was angry, and he was snappy.

”Kaya! JUMP!” He raised his arm high in the air and made a diving motion as he stood before the tank in a dripping wet suite. His blonde hair was soaked; a darker color replaced the light sandy colored curls against his dripping wet face. He spit out the salt water that he tasted as he waited in silence for a sign that Kaya was listening to him. The water began to ripple, and he watched in satisfaction as the young orca whale came up to greet him. He smiled at her and nodded. She reared back and dove back into the water. Cameron watched with a content smile as the waves splashed up against the edges of the pool. Again, he waited. But not for long, it was only moments before the water parted and Kaya leaped out of the pool before crashing back down into the rippling water below. Cameron jumped back and braced himself as the water crashed into him. “Aw shit!” He cursed as he moved back to the edge of the pool. Kaya popped up and echoed at him. Cameron smiled and pushed her face lovingly back into the water. “And that, my friend, was awesome.” She clicked at him again before diving back into the water. Cameron snorted and flipped his bangs out of his eyes. The water shook droplets off of him and onto the ground next to him.

“CAMERON!” A shrieking boy echoed through the stadium that surrounded Kaya’s tank.

Cameron’s eyes grew hard and he stared at the empty stands angrily as he screamed back, “What do you want?!”

“I need you!” The little boy cried.

Cameron angrily shot up from his seat and stomped out of the stadium and into the exhibit that was located right next to Kaya’s. He hated entering it. He hated it more than anything. He hated everything about Grey and everything about Chase that made him re enter it day after day. He approached his brother with a hostile glare and hissed, “What?”

“I need help feeding him.” The little boy whined. Cameron nearly screamed. He wanted to hurt the kid that stood before him so much. He wanted to strangle him, and yet he held himself together.

He walked steadily over to his youngest brother and told him quietly, “Look, you little brat. You can feed him. Just walk up to the stinking fish and throw the piece of meat in. Maybe this time he won’t grab your arm.” Chase’s eyes narrowed as he stared down his brother. Cameron was a little impressed. The kid looked as if he actually wanted to hurt his oldest brother. Cameron smirked. If only he tried. Cameron would enjoy that.

He was caught off guard when a slimy fish hit him in the face. His head snapped back to his brother. “FUCK YOU!” He screamed and stormed out of the shark’s tank.
“Throw the fucking fish into the tank and shut up. God! You’re such an idiot.”

With a running start, he ran into Kaya’s exhibit and leaped over the edge and into the pool. He hit the water and relaxed immediately. Kaya clicked at him through the water and nudged him back up to the surface. He climbed on the back of the orca and let her take him where she wished.

“Cameron. Get out of the water.” A calm and collected voice had sounded over the intercom. Cameron floated to the surface at his own pace but refused to get out of the water.

“Or what?” He smirked.

“Let’s not get to that part. Get out of the water.” The voice was steady. But it’s icy hiss didn’t even chill Cameron. He stayed where he was.

“Cameron, you’re father is very keen on keeping you over the summer vacation. If I give him my word that I don’t want you here, you won’t be able to see Kaya anymore.” That got Cameron moving. He slapped the water in anger and screamed before he climbed out of the tank. He sat on one of the empty benches and refused to move. But that didn’t make a difference to the icy cold voice because his mother came into the exhibit and sat down next to him. “What did I tell you about swearing at 5 year olds?”

“Well gee, sorry.” He glared at the ground.

“Okay, I know he isn’t the easiest kid to get along with, but you could at least try.” His mother’s tone turned loving, which surprised Cameron greatly. It didn’t matter, he turned his head away and glared. Sammy smirked, Cameron was a lot like his father, and that amused her. “Alright, well I’ll tell Chase to ask Michael to help with Grey.” She had left the exhibit before Cameron had stopped glaring. It didn’t matter. He was back in the water with Kaya before Sammy had even reached Chase.
