Gabby drops her quill and Priscilla (accidentally(?)) steps on it and breaks it in half, much to Gabby's dismay. She tries to fix it, but ends up having to get Prissy to do it for her since she's always been pretty bad at the reparo spell. Gabby ends up admitting and the conversations ends soon after that with Gabby thinking that maybe she's made a new friend (although she probably hasn't).

SHINY` A P P L E

In which Gabby and Davey have an adorable conversation and Davey cracks Gabby up with his jokes.

WHERE BEST FRIENDS ARE

Claire finds Gabby in the Hufflepuff common room and they end up bonding over a book they have both read, much to their embarrassment at first since the content is quite questionable.

THE DAY YOU WERE B O R N

In which Gabby runs into her first naked boy. Yep.

THE GIFT OF GAB

The two best friends have a mostly random conversation, covering topics such as his height, his future career, and the fact that Gabby recently say her aforementioned first naked boy.

CALL THAT A COMEBACK

Gabby runs into Henry taking money out of his cousin's purse and he ends up babbling about not being a theif, that he's actually borrowing money from Claire, and they end up sitting around having an awkward conversation until Claire returns.

CLASS #1: H&S / 4&5

The three best friends hang out in the Herbology class room, sharing the gross experience of extracting pus from a plant.

LIVING ON A -PRAYER-

Not wanting a repeat of what happened with Rita, Emmeline nervously asks Gabby's opinion on her crush on Gideon. Gabby is surprised and, admittedly, a little worried; she's always been a little possessive of Gideon, since he IS her first friend and everything, but she knows that she can't tell Emme not to like him because that would be way too selfish and thus tells Emme that she's completely okay with it.

START ME UP

Deciding that it's her duty as their mutual friend to set them up, Gabby tries to casually bring up Emmeline to Gideon after a fun game of tic-tac-toe. Finally, he catches on, and while she doesn't get a promise of him asking her out, at least now he knows that Emmeline is interested. The rest? Is up to Gideon himself. She's just the messenger.

HAPPY DAYS

Always observant, Stefan notices that Gabby seems a little downtrodden and asks her what's wrong. She ends up admitting that she feels a little shunned by Gideon and Emmeline now that they're together. He comforts her, telling her he's sure they didn't mean it and he offers himself as company, with chocolate frogs and music. After that, the two friends catch up, and Gabriella finds out that Stefan has found a friend in one of her best friends, Lyle Malarkey. Gabby gets carried away with her excitement and ends up setting a day for all three of them to hang out together - funtimes!

NOVEMBER 1977

FREE YOUR MIND

Gabriella has been considering getting her hair cut and, of course, decides to ask for Emmeline's opinion on the matter. Not only is her best friend completely on board with the idea, she also offers to do it herself!

LET YOUR COLORS BURST

After a "study session" with Stefan, Lyle finds Gabby alone in the Hufflepuff common room and proceeds to bury his face into her stomach and wail about his situation while Gabby tries her best not to giggle to console him.

I KISSED A GIRL;;

Gabby goes to The Three Broomsticks, alone because everyone else is busy with their own friends or significant others, and ends up meeting Lydia. And then, well, they get drunk and everyone knows getting drunk is never a good idea.

FACE DOWN

Feeling a little lonely, Gabriella decides to write to Fabian, only to find that the owl misinterpreted her directions and her letter ended up with one Dante Mulciber. Seemingly finding a partner in loneliness, Gabby has a fairly pleasant conversation for the next few weeks with Mr. Mulciber and ends up setting a not-really-a-date date for the next Hogsmeade weekend.

LET IT BE

After the little mishap with Danny, Gabby made sure to label her letter properly and, with a little prayer that it would get to the right person, sends Fabian a letter. Thankfully, he is the one that gets it this time.

THIS AIN'T A SCENE

Curious as ever, Gabby asks Stefan what's going on with him and Lyle, trying to gage how far gone Lyle is. They have a friendly enough chat where Gabby discovers that there is, unfortunately, no way that Stefan is gay. They end up agreeing to meet after she meets with Danny (not that Stefan knows about the latter part, of course).

STARE IN WONDER

Apparently as observant as Stefan, Harlem calls Gabby out for looking sad. Although she resists at first, Gabby finally spills about how lonely she feels and Harlem comforts her. They set up a 'date' for comfort food and girl talk.

YOU CAN SEE MY HEART BEATING

While staying up reading on the Hogwarts grounds, Gabby is approached by a wounded wolf. Sympathetic as ever, she follows the wolf into the Forbidden Forest, intent on helping it...only to find that it isn't hurt at all.

HELLO GOODBYE

Determined to go with her be-more-friendly-and-outgoing, Gabby strikes up a conversation with a random stranger, Cameron Troy. Although it starts off slow, they quickly find that they have some things in common (such as animals and tree-climbing) and Gabby makes a new tree-climbing buddy.

COME ON, GET HAPPY !

A distraught Gideon informs Gabby that he and Emme might be breaking up and tells her how Emmeline told him she loved him, but he couldn't say it back. Not wanting her two best friends to break up, she's quick to give him advice, and can now only hope for the best.

I N C O M P A T I B L E

Hogwarts has a new pen pal system set up, an excellent idea in Gabby's humble opinion. Somehow, she ends up in correspondence with Lucius Malfoy. Although he doesn't seem too excited, they do end up finding (sort of) common ground. Or, at least, he finds out that she speaks Spanish and asks if she's willing to tutor him. She accepts, of course [rest of the description pending].

D E C O D E

Juliette informs Gabby that her crush on Severus is quite evident (at least to her), and offers to help her grab his attention. Slightly apprehensive, Gabby nevertheless accepts her offer.

TJ writes to Gabby about an Environmental Club he wants to start

Gabriella goes to the Hog's Head to meet Danny and what happens is...well, a catastrophe.

Gideon, Fabian, Emmeline and Gabby go to the hospital wing, where Gabby finds out that Lyle has been hurt, too - even worse than she has.

Unable to sleep because of nightmares, Gabby goes to the Potions classroom in hopes of relaxing via potions-making. Instead, she meets her long-time crush, Severus Snape.

WHERE IS MY MIND?

Apparently, Gabriella has lost it because she's trying to be friends with Daciana Gamp. No good can come of this.

TWENTY-SEVEN TIMES TWELVE

An anxious Gabby can't seem to stop tapping her foot. Freddie tells her she's distracting him too much, so she stops. Oh, and apparently they both tend to snap rubber bands against their wrists.

+ COMET

Gabriella hasn't been sleeping well, and falls asleep in the library. Stefan, being the good friend that he is, throws a note in her face to wake her up and inquire about her well-being.

LARGER THAN LIFE

Gabriella purposefully drops her quill to get Simon's attention accidentally drops her quill to get Simon's attention and asks Simon to pick it up for her since it's rolled over to him. Accidentally. It's all a total accident.

IF I LAY HERE . . .

Gabby has a bad dream and, instead of going to Lyle or Gideon like she normally does, she decides to go to Jayden instead.

SECOND GEAR

Gabby's finally almost done with all of Paris' homework. She just needs to finish his Herbology essay. Luckily, Calixto, quite the Herbology wiz, makes an appearance.

'CAUSE I WONDER WHERE YOU ARE

Gabby has a bad dream about Freddie. And then meets him in the library.

MY LIFE WOULD SUCK WITHOUT YOU

Gabby and Vanessa talk about the yule ball.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

Fabian asks Gabby to the ball. And then tells her that there's been an attack at St. Mungo's, and that Lyle was there.

IT GETS STRONGER

Jayden and Gabby talk about the Yule ball, among other things.

READY TO TELL THE WORLD

Vanessa tells Gabby about her date to the Yule ball.

AMENDS

Emmeline comes clean about what she said to Gideon, and Gabby comforts her and tells her she has to stop avoiding him.

THE KNIFE'S NOT SHARP ENOUGH TO FEAR

Gabby finds out through Fabian that Lyle has been hurt, and she rushes to find him. She skips all her classes for the day, and Gideon ends up writing to her father, who comes to Hogwarts with Lyle's mother and they end up taking them back home.

MOCKINGBIRD

Gabby writes to Jayden, explaining that her Papi took her home because he believed things were too much for her and he was extremely worried about her well-being.

HOLD ME LIKE THE RIVER JORDAN

Gabby and Lyle are back! And, naturally, Gideon is the first person Gabby runs to to greet.

MOONLIGHT

Once she's done greeting Gideon, Gabby rushes up to the male dormitories to find Jayden and say hello after a long week of absence.

Daciana is quite annoyed with Gabby for ditching her halfway through their project. Gabby promises to make it up to her by starting on it ASAP.

``FOR THE FIRST TIME

Daciana and Gabriella brew potions together.

STAY WITH YOU

Gabby checks up on Stefan after having not seen him for over a week.

FOREVER YOUNG

Gabby tries to be subtle about asking Lyle if he wants to go to the dance [with Stefan], and kind-of fails. Miserably. Also, they're plotting on how to get their parents together. Yay for matchmaking!

WELL THEY BEGAN IT--

Imogen passes along the essay that Gabby accidentally dropped, and they end up talking. Surpisingly, they get along very well!

STAND BY ME

Gideon had agreed to give Gabby DADA lessons. He teaches her the Protego spell and how to get out of a wrist-hold (and she teaches him to duck whenever she's doing things like that if he wants to avoid a broken nose).

YULE BALL '77

As any event in Hogwarts, the Yule ball is filled with drama. What is surprising is that Gabby is involved in part of it! For one thing, she wins Yule Ball Duchess, and then she's forced to kiss Jayden under the mistle toe and then she finds out that Vanessa confessed her love for Emmeline in the girl's bathroom during the ball! Dramatic indeed!

After the Yule ball fiasco, Jayden sets out to fix things with Gabby and he's written her a beautiful song - how can she not forgive him?

Gabby tells Jayden about her stupid problem - that she had told her family that he was her boyfriend. Much to her surprise - and pleasure - he agrees to go along with the sharade, and she takes him to meet her father who is, well...less than pleased, to be quite honest.

Gabby catches up with Emmeline after coming back from New York - and boy, there's a lot of catch up with. Mostly, Emmeline's struggles with dealing with Vanessa and Stefan's preferances.

While staying with Gideon, Gabby has a bad dream and wakes up thinking he's Danny here to attack her. Once she realises her mistake, she has a bit of a breakdown.

In which Emmeline tells Gabby how upset she is that she left the Cheerleading team to play Quidditch, and Gabby finally comes clean about her relationship with Jayden.
