Albus Dumbledore had always found a certain delight in teaching the younger years. It was amusing to see them now, knowing that in no time at all, they would be ning their graduation robes and heading off from Hogwarts. True, they still had three or four years left but by the time they reached their seventh year, it would seem like the blink of an eye. But even besides the amusement, he just enjoyed teaching students whose minds were generally so open, so ready to be filled up, so eager to learn. Well, some of them, at least, he corrected with a small smile, shaking his head. Looking up from his desk, he nodded at the students that had started to sit down, smiling as he got to his feet and walked to the front of the class. His expression grew more serious as he surveyed the assembled teenagers, knowing that today's topic was a serious one that stood a chance of hitting close to home with some of them, what with events that had been transpired. A sad look came over his face for a moment, but he forced a more neutral expression to his face, not wanting to dwell on that. "Today," he started, making his way over to the board set up at the front of the class, "I want to first see what you can tell me about the topic at hand, quite a serious one. Could anyone explain to the class what an Unforgivable curse is, and list the three curses classified as such?" He raised his eyebrows, waiting for a raised hand to call on.
