INTRODUCTION
Group #1: Ravenclaw Fourth and Fifth Years Group #2: Slytherin Fourth and Fifth Years Discussion: Silencing Charm
Professor Flitwick would be lying if he said that he wasn't looking forward to this lesson in particular. Silencing Charms were always fun, especially considering the fact that some students got a little too enthusiastic and ended up silencing the student sitting next to them. Although he would never laugh out loud should a student end up being silence - literally - it was still quite amusing to watch them yell at their friend and become frustrated when they could not be heard. Of course, the class was supposed to be practicing on the bullfrogs and ravens that Professor Flitwick had supplied them with, he was aware that there were Slytherins in his class today and Merlin knows they liked to pull practical jokes even more than some of the Gryffindor students. Especially the younger years. "All right class, settle down," he called out as loudly as his naturally squeaky voice allowed. "Today we will be practicing the Silencing Charm. The incantation is: Silencio. Now if everyone would get their wands at the ready and say the incantation after me." And then he proceeded to show them how it's done, pointing at his own bullfrog who, funnily enough, was silenced mid-croak. Smiling to himself, Professor Flitwick turned his attention to the class, waiting for them to follow his example.
