Sometimes, when I'm either bored, overwhelmed with remembering character's families, or a combination of both, I put together a family tree. There's a good online family tree maker that you can change privacy settings on, and I just thought I would share:

However you would have to register a different account and e-mail for each character, unless one character is related to another, in which case you can branch off of one family tree and start another on the same account, if that makes any sense at all.
Anyways I found it helpful because it keeps my facts straight and I get to know my charrie and make them a lot deeper.
