Oh my God, Sam. I've known him since...since...Merlin, I don't even remember. We must've been tiny, though. Sam's dad took pictures of my mum before she had me, and then a few weeks after I was born. Our parents really clicked - my mom recognized Sam's mom from advertisements, and they struck up a conversation about Hogwarts and all that. Our families visited a lot, so Sam and I basically grew up together. I can remember so many times that we'd "get married". I remember a story my mom told me about how when Sam was a baby and my mom was still pregnant, he went up to her and put his hands on her belly and I kicked. Basically, that means we were meant to be. Anyway, I don't know what I would do without my honey. He's just the sweetest boy in the world.

Well I met Sam two years ago. He is pretty distant and hard to get to know, which I suppose makes it strange that we're friends, since I was more shy then than I've ever been. I like him because he hates the spotlight as much as I do, and I know that it's weird but I like that he seems to have problems. I don't feel so inadequate around Sam because I feel more on the same level with him. He seems real to me, kind of mysterious so just when I think I know him, I figure out I don't. I like that, it keeps me on edge. And, we have things in common. We both hate Severen Snow (not that I ever planted that seed, Nooo course not), and I hope that if I ever needed him to, he'd stick up for me. He doesn't judge me or mock my scheduled planning. I can just sit with Sam and say nothing. And I like him, a lot.

It's actually pretty weird, how we came to know each other, Sam and I. Sometime during the summer after my second year, my mom got me a job modeling for some photographer by the name of Daniel Raisz, who happened to have a son a year older than me whom I happened to meet while on lunch break in one of the shoots. He was in Slytherin, as it seemed, which immediately put me on guard, but he didn't seem to be as judging of muggles to my face, so I softened after that; his family had contacted my muggle parents after all, so he must be okay. He was the first guy around my age that I'd met who knew a thing about fashion, and not only that, but he was very involved in it. He knew about photo shoots and designing, and I would have said soulmate, but that just wasn't the case. We got talking after that, and although it wasn't a perfect blooming friendship, we could at least maintain an interesting conversation, and from then on greeted each other in the hallways and all that. I don't know if I consider him my friend, or if he would consider me that, but we're definitely aware that the other exists, and I do like him, after all..

Sammy boy here is a bit of a puzzle. But that's okay 'cause puzzles are fun, haha. And he's lots of fun, he really is. We get along swell at parties and stuff and we flirt but not much more than that, sadly. He's a cutie for sure, he just seems so... I dunno. Odd? Maybe just boring. I mean, like I said, he can be fun and we get along but it just doesn't go much further than that. For one thing, he's a year younger so it's not as if we have all these classes together. Plus, he's just, well, he doesn't really have any juicy drama on his heels usually. Nothing tabloid-worthy, at least, which is a total shame 'cause gosh, I'd just love to get his pretty little face on the cover. Makes me pout just thinking about how lacking he is in the gossip-worthy department. But who knows. Either something will happen eventually and this little snakey will be a prime source of drama or he'll just stay one of those boring people that I really have no reason to talk about. For now, he's just fun to hang out with at parties and with other people. I do wish he'd surprise me, though.

I thought Sammy was pretty. And thus I went up to him one day and told him so. Because he really is pretty. In a feminine-ish way, too, not in a manly-ish way like Aidan. Cause, really, he just has pretty features. Like his lips and his cheekbones and facial structure and just like...yeah. He's prettier than I am! Haha. So, of course, I had to tell him, you know? Because I just can't keep things to myself. And he sort of made this growly noise when we were talking and, well, it sort-of clicken in my mind and I became absolutely convinced that he is a werewolf. He's not, by the way, in case you were wondering. I was quite disappointed when I found out - by means of silver. Since I poured liquid silver over his head - tit for tat and all that. He temporarily ruined my hair, I temporarily ruin his. I duplicated sickles (which, by the way, don't have any real value, of course, otherwise everyone would be able to do it. I just didn't want to waste a whole lot of money on Sammy. Sheeshkins, I'm not stupid) and then melted it into a bucket and then...well, you can imagine what happened after that. Anyhoo, he wasn't miffed about it for too long. Didn't really give him the chance, aha. Because, you see, I've taken to stalking him. Yep. I dunno what it is, but something about Sammy - or Chicken Leg, if you will, since he's so skinny he's like a Chicken Leg - just draws me to him, I guess. Not romantically, gosh no, but like...I dunno. He's fascinating to me. The way he reacts to people and the way he talks. I dunno, haha. It's weird, I don't get it, but I just like stalking him. I don't think he's really noooticed yet, haha. And I'm not sure I want to tell him just yet? Aha, I dunno. He's a biiit of a drama queen. I dunno. We'll seeee. Maybe he'll notice on his ownsome. We'll see. Anyhoo. Yes. I kinda adore him. That is all.

Well, I can see Sam hates me but honestly, I am clueless to why. If he thinks that I would tell people about...his insecurities, because it is obvious to me what it is specifically, I wouldn't. I have been raised by said insecurities. He doesn't have a clue about me. He gets super protective of Tori but Tor and I have a mutual friendship, mutual being the operative word. Truly, I hope he gets a grip eventually and doesn't push me. My limits seem to be scares with him and I don't think he realizes how badly things could end if he does push me.

There are certain burdens that come with popularity. Namely, you gotta be nice to some people you don't like. Sam is friends with my friends, like the trinity for example. Hell if I know what they see but the point is, I've got to keep up the appearances. So me and Sam, oh yeah we're buddies alright. He's my man. Whatever. Just don't expect me to drink behind the courtyard with him after hours if no one else is around. When we're alone there's a world of silence and hard stares. I'm starting to get the feeling he doesn't like me that much either. I know, crazy right? He's got no taste.

Well, let me point out the obvious – we’re from the same house and then we’ve got all the boring, mandatory parties our parents throw every year, or whenever the occasion appears. It’s second nature for purebloods to know each other. Alright, having settled this I’ll move on to mentioning, that this boy is nine kinds of crazy. Who wouldn’t want to befriend that guy? If I want devious I know where to go. If I need a partner in crime, who knows how to avoid doing time, Sam is the first person to go to.
