So maybe I may be a touch biased, and maybe I've skimmed through the replies, but you've got to admit that WE'VE ALL SHIPPED SIRIUS/LILY AT SOME POINTS IN OUR LIVES. No? That's just me and my previous fanfiction reading speaking? Oh-kay then. Well, seeing this thread not only made Marls insanely jealous, but it also made me realize that there are so many opportunities to explore with our characters, and how its always the little things that make or break their decisions as characters. And mannn, these two? They have explosive chemistry. You can feel it every time they thread, even if they're not snogging -rofl- and you know, as many awesome writers as we have, what Kabs & Joojie have...it's insanity, I tell you. I applaud them, I tip my hat at them, idk, anything that shows my admiration and approval. I LUH YOU GUYS.

Oh my god. Kabs and Jooj are just... BAH. There are a LOT of talented writers on ISS and these two just explode with awesome in everything they do together. All right, I'm going to be honest: Sirius/Lily is a little bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I'm a sucker for it, but it's so risky to attempt because... Well, Lily loves James, and so does Sirius, and neither would want to hurt him like that. Kabs and Jooj just... blew all expectations and standards out of the water. I mean, Kabby's Sirius and Jooj's Lily by themselves are fantastic, and I love the little rivalry they've set up for them like you wouldn't believe. And the AU where all the tensions just erupt... perfect. And doing an AU is kinda risky itself, because there's always a chance that the characters might go OOC rather than just making a different choice/being in a different situation. Definitely not the case with Sirius and Lily. They stayed wonderfully in character, from the snarky remarks to the actual snog itself. Each post was built up wonderfully, too, always ending on a note that made you want the next one as soon as possible, which really is the mark of excellent writing. Kabs and Jooj are absolutely amazing, and sometimes it's hard to remember that the thread is AU. They totally earned this OTM with this amazing thread.
