It was a thread that linked us together. We helped each other out as best we could, I learned a little Spanish. He tried to learn French, but that was a disaster. We dated for a little while, third year, back when dating meant holding hands and watching Quidditch together. It ended quickly, but cleanly. We remained good friends through everything. To this day, he is still the one I go to when I need anything. He is like my big Spanish bodyguard. I love him terribly.
