That seems highly unlikely, but in that case, she's a traitor. I've known her from having to endure her presence through more than one class, and she's friends with that hopeless blood traitor, Indigo. Speaking her name...makes bile form in the back of my throat. Ah, another unworthy specimen to add to my hit list.

I remember we were in a joint transfiguration class the day I met her. We were paired up as partners to practice, and naturally I was pretty ok with that one. I could use a little work in the transfiguration deparment, considering I mistakingly turned her into a frog. It was an improvement from the last time I practiced, poor kid got turned into a fish. A fish out of water. Haha. So the next day, and the day after that, I followed Marlene around telling her I was terribly sorry, and that she was the epitemy of beauty. I'm fairly sure I threw in a lot of poetic lines here and there just to add to the effect. She finally forgave me, whether it was because she found me pathetic or she sincerly meant it, I'm not exactly sure.

I’m ashamed to even admit we have a history together. In my defense, she came after me, not the other way around. I want to make that clear before I go any further. So, that said, I had only ever seen her around the school before. You know, all that ‘oh, yeah, I know her’ crap to ‘hey, how’s the weather?’ and eventually – ‘I like you and I know you like me too. What are you gunna do about it?’ You can’t just refuse that sort of offer. You don’t need even half a brain to see she’s drop-dead gorgeous, and who was I to deny her the simple pleasure of me? (I’m not that cruel – aha ha ha). Let’s just say our relationship – if you could even call it that – was quick one and leave it at that.

I met Marlene in my first year at Hogwarts, same house and same year so we pretty much had every class together. And she caught my eye right away. She was funny and smart and of course, gorgeous. We became friends, I guess you'd you say though over the years our friendship became a bit more at times. Eventually I just asked her out, sixth year, and we went out for two months. Which for me is quite a while.

Of course we're still good friends, the whole thing did end rather nastily - I don't remember the details - but it's all behind us now. Do I still like her? Of course. Are we going to get back together? I have no idea but I'd take a guess and say it probably unfortunately won't be happening.

Ever since the first day I was introduced to Marlene I've felt threatened by her. I guess she may have had Ludo fooled, but I could see right through her. Ludo formally introduced us about a week before him and her began dating. I knew she wasn't right for him, but it wasn't uncommon for him to have short flings with random girls so I shrugged it off as something that would end soon. How right I was. It seemed to make her so mad when me and Ludo hung out alone, like she thought something was going on. There was absolutely nothing going on between Ludo and I. He is my best friend for merlins sake! I guess she saw something between us that we didn't though. She has always held my friendship with Ludo against me, and I know if she ever found out about what happened with us.....I just don't want to give her the satisfaction of being right. I didn't steal Ludovic from her, he has been mine the entire time.

Even if Black and I weren't "supposed" to be together, the last thing that heped was her nose poking in. We had our hard times before, and if it weren't for her taking Sirius away we might have worked it out. Or not, if her true colors would have shown eventually anyway. I guess the only indicator was time and a boy. But now who has the power? I do, and I can't wait to meet her alone.
