History ~ Oh Melody. What a beauty. I have always thought she was extremely attractive, although it has never gone any farther than that. On her first few days at Hogwarts, she was wandering the halls, completely lost. She honestly looked like she was going to cry. She reminded me a lot of my little sister, so I hurridly came to the rescue. I feel very protective of her. She knows she can come to me for anything. That would never change.

History ~ Lia introduced herself and Melody to me the first night we stayed in the dormitories together. It's kind of hard not to be close to the people who sleep in the beds next to you. We all sat together over the years at every feast and said goodnight to each other after turning out the lights. It's nice to know that We're there for each other, no matter what.

History ~ Melody and I met on the first of September during our first year. She came and sat next to me right after the sorting. We started talking that day, and we've basically been inseparable since. She was there for me after my parents died, and she's one of the few people in this school I feel like I can be honest with. I can hardly go a day without talking to her. I love the girl to death, and I know she'll always be there for me.

History ~ Oh goodness, Melody! This girl brings so very much joy to my life. See, I met her in my first year; it was inevitable, I daresay, as we 'roll' with many of the same people. It wasn't until my third year - her fourth - that Melody and I got even closer. I must say, I rather look up to her. She's a very admirable, strong lady. Oh, and she's also awesome. She offers to help me whenever I'm in a pickle, she's great comic relief in sticky situations, and she's very resourceful and intelligent. She's a really great person to have around, if I do say so myself. I enjoy hanging out with her and I cannot wait to see where life takes our relationship!

History ~ It was in the middle of our fourth year when I noticed Melody. I had always known her, in a way, because we were in the same house and same year. Things changed that day in the Great Hall during dinner. I fell in love with her, she was perfect. She was my girl. I still remember leaning down next to her at dinner, I probably looked like a fool, but I didn't care. I reached up and touched her cheek and everything was in place. Our first kiss was that night on one of the moving staircases on our way to bed. I just held her and kissed her and let her know that I was there for her and nothing was going to stop that. We were together until the end of our 5th year. After all the nights of writing letters to each other, her sleeping in my arms, the hugs and kisses we gave each other when ever we got the chance, and the "I love yous" that we never seemed to get enough off, she broke up with me. I guess we were just growing apart. I'll never forget my melody. I love her. I don't think I can give up on her just yet, but I know she's over me, and I gotta let her go. As much as it hurts, I gotta let her go.
