Caradoc Dante D E A R B O R N !
...So, can I say WOW? I mean, wow. Oreo was a member for what? Maybe a little over a week? And she already set up this amazing-tastic (yes, it’s a word in my personal dictionary XP) insightful, profound journal for her wonderful little Caradoc Dearborn. When one reads Caradoc’s journal, one is exposed to the incredible family dynamic central to his fascinating character; his mother, his father, his uncles, his aunts... all of them are written between the leaves of his breathtaking notebook, some more often than others. When one even so much as skims over Caradoc’s diary one gleans so much from his character, learning so many of his traits, his personality, his habits, and, of course, his deepest, darkest thoughts and longings. Included are also several notes or objects from his family members, increasing the whole dramatic affect of realism in his journal and enhancing the Dearborn family’s overall image on ISS. And not only that, Caradoc’s got a nice, clean set up with lovely icons topping each post and a nice, readable font for his handwriting at the header and footer of each entry. And, speaking of those incredible entries... THEY’RE INCREDIBLE. So deep, so lengthy, so engaging that once one starts reading it one simply cannot stop! Caradoc is extremely eloquent, articulate, and detailed, and these three things really come forth with vivid colors in his diary. Which, by the by, was started at the beginning of the ‘76-’77 and has since been almost nearly caught up to the real IC time now. So, serious, serious kudos to Oreo for doing that. Because that is a ton of work, honestly, and she handled it expertly, even working in her plots with other characters such as Isabella Swan, to name one. Oreo even went into more detail by explaining most of Caradoc’s Christmas break and, afterward, his experience at the Valentine’s Day Ball, during which he got unspeakably drunk! How scandalous. But another thing for which Oreo deserves to be recognized is her amazing ability to make Caradoc write even in a drunken stupor – and write well. Like, seriously, he literally sounded like he was drunk. It was very real. And hilarious, if I might add. XD But what was also interesting was that Oreo even delved into the realm of the hungover with his next entry, which she executed just as well as his drunken one.
All in all, Oreo, you deserve huge pats on the back for having undertaken such an amazing feat as you have, and I know that everyone, myself included, is already excitedly waiting to see Caradoc’s next fantastic entry. Keep up the good work! (:I C O N credit here.
