[OPEN,]Feel free to torment me. Whatever you may come up with can't be worse than this, can it?

Torment...my my, Narcissa - thats a little pesimistic, don't you think? Of course, a conversation with a fellow Slyth shouldn't be too painful, correct?

It all depends on what you consider painful, Myraid. You see, I find this study session to be a pain, but not painful per se. But then again, I'm almost sure talking with a fellow House mate will be anything but dissatisfying.
So, in the chance of making small talk, how do you do?

Always so technical, Narcissa. Of course, everyone has their own level of pain tolerance, and perhaps you rank a little higher than most, no?
And onto the small talk - i'm doing just fine. Enjoying myself with the attention I've been recieving. Things with you?...

Well, thanks for the compliment Myraid.
Ah, I dare say we're going on about the same humor. Life's almost balanced again, would you believe that? Life's not as hectic as some make it out to be...

Your Welcome. Flattery doesn't seem to be a gift of mine, so you must have caught me at a good time.
Mhmm, indeed. Sometimes it's wonderful, and sometimes not. That's the beauty of it right? You can live like your dieing, because you never know when it'll be your last.
Shit, now I'm rambling.

But people like me are able to appreciate good rambles when they read--rather, hear one. And I agree. But perhaps 'beauty' depends on the perspective. Many would call its constant changes the down part of it all. The worst thing ever, perhaps. Not everyone lives like the last day, I'm afraid.

Ah, true again. Some don't like the thought of no tommorow. Hell, I don't like the thought either. But I'd rather go out with no regrets, or 'I wish I would have done that.'
But thats just me. A little stability is always good.

Indeed. But wouldn't that turn you into a reckless person?
Don't take insult, it's just a general wondering.

Reckless? Naw. I may have a tendancy to do what I wish, but I have reasons for keeping myself alive. And no worries, I'm not easily offended. We snakes are make tough, no?

A generalization of a stereotype, no doubt, but I have to agree this time. I often wonder why they don't take that on count when they sort us.

Ahh, stereotypes. Where would we be without them? They make life fun, correct?
And speaking of sorting, has a certain person seemed Un-Slytherin to you - or just a simple statement?

They make life fun only when you're on the good graces. If you aren't, then not so much.
Too many, in fact. Are you speaking of anyone in specific?

Hmm, well, yes and no. Going out on a limb, i'd assume some people would think of me as a freak. Although, i'd rather cherish that idea, knowing they're too much of a pansy to think outside their pathetic little box of a brain. How you view stereotypes is all a matter of attitude.
Aha, well, I myself don't think a lot of people belong - but who am I to judge? I know I don't carry all traits often associated with the Slytherin name. But yes, I suppose their are some that often make me wonder how they got there.

I, for one, don't consider you a freak. If at all, I appreciate just how you are willing to stand up. Even if it does present you as an--ah, interesting choice of appearance, that's something people have to learn to look for in order to respect. Which is why I haven't troubled you much, Myraid, even with your origins.
I could rattle off a number of names that I find incompatible for their Houses, or for Hogwarts at all, but apparently they have their own Fate to follow. Whether for good or for wrong, that's all there is to it. That doesn't stop me from disliking them, or from believing that they are what they are: trash.
