"It was foolish of me to try," Regulus confessed playfully. He didn't like people knowing his was ticklish, but then again he didn't like anyone knowing anything about him. The more people knew about him the more they could hurt him. But with Indigo it was different, Reg truly cared about her. He wanted her to know everything about him and to learn everything about her in return. And right now he had the chance to find something out, "Now I don't suppose your ticklish," he smirked wrapping both arms around her and tickling her stomach gently as a test.
"Fair enough," Regulus smiled. He may be a stubborn Slytherin, but Indi made a fair point. Not everyone would be thrilled at their interhouse relationship. Really it was nobody's business, but there's, unfortunately other people wouldn't see it that way. Who would have thought that Regulus Black of all people would be sticking up for inter mingling in houses, but then again it's not like Indi was some mud-blood Gryffindor preaching house pride and spewing kindness wherever she went. Which her next comment illustrated perfectly. "Your right, I actually don't think I would be able to stand it if you were kind and sweet all the time," he smiled. So now Reg knew his turn offs, fat, ugly and overly kind.
Regulus smiled at Indi, he really didn't want her to leave his arms, he was afraid that if he let her go now she might never come back. But it was getting late and Indi had been tired since the library. "Sure," Regulus spoke softly running a hand softly through Indi's hair. "Do you think you can make or do I need to carry you?" he asked smiling playfully. He thought he may actually prefer that, keep her close to him as long as possible. He also knew a spell that he could use to make her lighter...not that she was probably all that heavy now, but the Gryffindor commonroom was in a tower and Hogwarts didn't have elevators.

"At least you're learning" She smirked, one step at a time. Lying to her was like lying in confessions. Not that she was anything like a saint, but she could see right through them. And, not like she knew anything about confessions. Indigo had never been to a single day of church, in her entire sixteen years of life. Yet, she still had a black cross necklace that she often wore, more another reason besides that she had inhertited it from her mother. She belived in God, to some general extent. "Reg-!" She got cut off as he got her around the middle and started to tickle her. She had seen from his face what was coming before it came, but she hadn't had time to react. She squealed and weasled out of his grip, hopping a good distance away on the grass.
"You think?" She scowled, but her attempt at looking angry was a very bad one. Indi wrapped her arms around herself, and buried her feet beneath her. He wasn't getting anywhere near those. You're right, I actually don't think I would be able to stand it if you were kind and sweet all the time. Oh thank you. Sweet girls bugged Indigo to no end. "Which is fortunate, because I'm usually not. You just always catch me on my good days. Either that, or you just make my day a good day. I haven't yet decided." She smiled. Yes she had in fact decided, but she wasn't going to tell him. No need to let him in on how happy he made her. Heh.
His sure reply was kind of a blur at this point, she was so tired. Asking her if she needed him to carry her though, were as clear as bells. "No. Definitely not." She answered stubbornly, as she brushed off the loose pieces of grass that had clung to her clothing. "The day I have to have someone carry me anywhere, better be the day I'm lying on my death bed." Sometimes, she was way too independent, and dramatic at that. "But I don't know Regulus, you look a little...wobbly. Are you sure you don't need me to carry you?" She teased him one last time before all of her wit was gone. Indi looked about in vain for her shoes for a few moments, before remembering that she had left them right outside the front doors of the school.

"Well I had to try didn't I?" Reg asked innocently, though he was still laughing. After all it was only fair that he find out if she was ticklish the same way she had figured out he was. Besides it was more fun to learn through experience. Reg noticed Indi may have gone to special trouble to hide her feet beneath her. It could just be that was the way she chose to sit, but he would have to remember to test that out next time he had the chance.
"I'll take it either way," Regulus smiled figuring either way he got to see a happy Indigo. He knew for sure that she was what made him happy. Reg sure hoped the feeling was mutual, and got the distinct feeling it was or Indigo wouldn't have even offered it as an option. After all Indi certainly hadn't seemed to be having a very good day when he found her asleep in the library, but certainly seemed to be now. Regulus' smile widened at this secret bit of proof.
"What and ruin what little masculinity I have left? I don't think so," Regulus smiled. Indi had already beat him in a race, and proved he was ticklish, if she had to carry him back to his commonroom on top of that, well that just seemed a bit much. "You can hold my hand though, too make sure i don't fall down the stairs," he smiled. Of course now that they were dating Regulus probably didn't need to make up excuses to hold Indi's hand, but just in case. Regulus rose from the ground and held out his hand for Indi to help her up and increase the amount of time he had to hold her hand in his.

"It's true, it was a must." Though she was really hoping he wasn't planning on repeating it. Indi had to be one of the most ticklish people you had ever laid eyes on, and she loathed it. "Oh, stop laughing!" She pouted, he'd barely even touched her and she freaked out. She shifted and re-arranged her feet once again. Indi folded her arms across her chest and watched as the light of the moon was snuffed out for just a few seconds. "How pretty" She looked up at it for a moment before the light returned, taking them out of total darkness. "Good, because I think you and I both are going to have to get used to me being happy." She tried not to laugh, that seemed like such a ridiculous statement.
That's just what happens when you stay up later than the crickets, you make odd comments. "What little masculinity you have left? I didn't do anything that bad. I just beat you in a race, even though I'm exhausted, I just hurt your quidditch pride, showed that even guys could be ticklish, offered to carry you down to the dungeons.....hmm. Maybe I did" Indigo gave a shocked look and then stuck out her tongue defiantly. "But that's me." She at least took his hand to help herself up, that much she wasn't sure she could do on her own. "Now Regulus, you don't need an excuse to hold my hand, just hold it." She smirked and kept her's firmly in his. "I'll even walk you to your common room" She laughed. "And if you're good, you get a kiss."
She was beginning to get used to this whole, holding a guy's hand, taking small steps, instead of the usual meet a guy and then snog them tactic. It was new, maybe better, but at least different. Whatever the case, she certainly hadn't done it before. She walked along, once again wondering where her shoes were and, once again, remembering they were by the door. Oh my, now she was having repetitive thoughts. "Thanks for rescuing me from the library.....I don't think I'd bothered with fun for a week."

"I'll do my best," Regulus smiled. Was Indi really that miserable when he wasn't around? Well wasn't he pretty much the same way? Either way Reg loved the fact he made Indi happy, he loved the way she smiled, he loved the way she laughed, he loved the way they could just make fun of each other.
"Ooh, I'll have to be on my best behavior then," Regulus smiled. "Though if you don't mind I'd like to walk you to your commonroom instead. If not for the sake of sticking to traditional gender roles than for the sake of you not having to walk up to Gryffindor tower from the dungeons alone," he added feeling he made a pretty good case. Somehow he doubted Indi cared much about gender roles, but she probably cared about passing out on the long climb she would have to face. That and the dungeons weren't well lit and were a generally bad place to be if you weren't used to them.
"Well. I don't think I've had this much fun in weeks, so thank you," Regulus smiling. He of course had been causing havoc for most of the weeks for laughs. But those were short lived and sometimes far less fun than he hoped. Being with Inigo though, was the best sort of fun he could ask for. "Lets not wait another couple weeks before we do this again," Regulus added not wanting to have to go through another few weeks wondering what she was doing, who she was with, if she ever thought about him, ect.

"You better be. Because if you're not, I'll have to think up a good reason for why I should still kiss you, since I'm going to anyway. And really, I'm way too tired for thinking rationally..." Indi could hold back on a lot of things, but a goodnight kiss? Nu-uh, she was getting her kiss. "You Have taken a beating to your pride haven't you? I guess it's the least I can do. You can walk me to mine then." Sure that was her excuse, but Regulus made a fairly good point. She was far too exhausted for any of that, though if she had to, she could have made it. Or at least that's what she kept telling herself. "And no gender role stuff ok? I'm usually the one to come onto the guy, not the other way around. So you see, I am in no way traditional" She grinned.
"I must be more fun than I thought" Indigo had a little smirk on her face as she stood in front of the front doors. Bending down to grab her shoes, she held on to his arm to steady herself. She wasn't about to have any slip and falls and land right on her rear. Not pleasant. Let's not wait another couple of weeks before we do this again." "Of course not....how about I see you tomorrow." It was a suggestion, and a statement. Even if they both had their own things to do, which she assumed they did, she could always manage to 'bump' into him on the way to class. Walking into the entrance hall, she looked around suspiciously, on her guard. Indigo was always sneaking in and out of Hogwarts, but she hadn't gotten caught yet. She wasn't ready to either, it'd be awful to ruin her.....almost perfect record.
"Coast is clear" She whispered, straightening up to full height and taking a couple more steps forward. The only way they could get caught now was a ghost roaming the halls, or a tattle tale painting. No really, you had to be careful of them. They had no other means to entertain themselves, so they often ratted students out to a professor on their way up the staircase. Rotten, ugly little things. She tugged Regulus forward by the hand and slipped her arm around his waist, looking one more time before continuing on. "And if it you know, really counts for anything, I am going to root for you in the game. I was just kidding" She winked with a little teasing smile.

"I'm starting to notice that," Regulus smiled. He actually cared much less about gender roles than he thought he would. Probably because he was just so glad to have found someone who makes him feel the way Indigo did that he really didn't mind her being in control. Who was he kidding, the fact that Indi took control and ignored gender roles was one of the things he loved most about her.
Reg smiled, enjoying the fact that Indi was using him for support as she reached down for her shoes. "Tomorrow it is then," Regulus smiled. He would dare argue with Indi, not that he would have anyway. Right now, tomorrow couldn't come soon enough. He wanted to be with Indi all the time, laughing with her, holding her close to him everything you were supposed to do with someone you loved. "Do you want to meet before class, after class, or just wing it?" Regulus asked wondering just how much time he would have to wait now, already thinking of ways he could arrange to walk past her in the corridor.
Reg allowed Indi to lead him into the building. It was doubtful that they would get caught, if Reg knew what time it was he could be sure that their way would be safe, but once you made it to the stairs you were generally in the clear. "Good choice," Regulus smiled "To show my appreciation I'll let you accompany me for a victory lap after we win," he added, now it was his turn to tease. In all reality though Regulus would fly into the Gryffindor cheering section and fly Indi around the pitch in celebration, if she was up for it that is.

I'm starting to notice that. Did that sound like a good thing or a bad thing? She hadn't been looking at him when he'd said it, she was too busy slipping on her shoes. Though she supposed it didn't matter, he obviously didn't mind too much whatever way it may be. That was the way it had always been, Indigo liked that sense of control. Even she had to admit that sometimes she pushed people a little too far, but it was just one of her faults that didn't happen often. She wanted such-and-such right then, now. She wanted them to act more like so-and-so. So usually it wasn't a problem, but sometimes there were issues when she was too demanding. Before class, after class, or winging it? Hmm..she hadn't really thought it out.
"It's always better when it's spontaneous, let's just wing it!" As soon as those words came out of her mouth, she found them rather odd.....omg what? Noooo, order, order, order! Schedules and plans and organization. Indi hadn't even seen such a change of mind coming. And yet, she still didn't care, and stood by what she said. Sometimes, spur of the moment was a lot better then planned out situations. "We'll just have to take special attention in finding one another. It won't be a problem." The girl could find anyone when she set her mind to it. Indigo laughed out loud about the victory lap, he could always make her laugh somehow. Ah, he was so funny...what is with you? Stop being so...so....dreamy. She got rid of her smile and went back to normal, it was as good as she could do.
"What are we going to do? Run laps around the quidditch pitch until our lungs give out?" She teased again, now they were just going back and forth. She stood beside him on the staircase, listening to the stairs grind as they moved the two of the forward, dropping them off on a few levels up. Indi stepped off before it had a chance to send them off somewhere else. She had that happen before, and she was pretty sure everyone at Hogwarts had. Her flip flops flapped against the floor while walking down the hall, breaking the dead silence that was cast over the school. What should have seemed like the proper amount of time, had only taken a moment for them to get outside the entrance of Gryffindor tower. She stopped at the door and stared at Reg for a second, like she was surveying him. "Yes, I think you deserve it." Getting up on the tip of her toes she gave him a bigger kiss than she'd ever before.

"We'll just have to take special attention in finding one another. It won't be a problem."
"Sounds good," Reg smiled. No that wouldn't be a problem at all, especially since he already knew most of her schedule...'stalker much?' chimed a voice in his head. Maybe it was a bit odd, but Reg did have a crush on Indi for most of the previous year, which had given him plenty of time to use trial and error to figure out where and when she had classes. Of course this year they were different, and he hadn't nailed down all her classes, but he knew three and with proper timing it shouldn't be to hard to make there paths cross. It would be nice to actually stop and talk, or at least acknowledge her rather than steal a glance as he walked by nonchalantly.
"What are we going to do? Run laps around the quidditch pitch until our lungs give out?" "Sure and then we can collapse onto the pitch and just layer there together until we can breathe again," Regulus offered smiling.Just the idea of getting to lay out on open grass with Indi again made that actually seem appealing...if they would be sweaty and unable to breathe, quite possibly unconscious.
"Yes, I think you deserve it." Thankfully Regulus skipped a witty comment and just smiled into Indi kiss. It was cute that she had to tip toe to reach him, but was it ever worth it...for him at least. Regulus kissed Indi back moving to slide his hand to the back of her neck pushing some of her hair behind her ear as he did. Indi's lips felt amazing against his, he absolutely loved the sensation. Suddenly though he realized he might be asking a little too much of a goodnight kiss, hopefully Indigo wouldn't mind.

She still wasn't sure exactly how that was going to work out....but one way or the other, she Was going to run into Regulus Black. If she could have so easily ran into his brother all the time a few years ago, this would only be slightest more difficult because of the house difference. Besides, she had more incentive now. It was reasonable to guess that he'd either be in a big slytherin group, which frankly didn't scare her in the least, or else practing Qudditch with his team. Both of which involved Slytherins, but it didn't even matter. Half the time she didn't even notice what house a person was in anyway.
"Or until we get sweeped up with the crowd debris, whatever comes first I'm assuming." Grass was definitely the most comfortable surface in Indigo's opinion, but there was always a substantial amount of garbage left over after the game, despite what the professors tried to do to avoid it. Not like it was hard to get rid of, just a swish and flick of the wand, and everything was back to normal. Indigo honestly believed wizards had things too easily, they didn't really know what it was like to work for something. "If you win I'll buy you a party hat, and an endless supply of butterbeer for that evening." A little bit pricy, considering teenage boys could drink. But Indi wasn't poor anymore, and it wasn't bound to even make a dent in her pocket.
She'd sort of silenced him from saying anything else, but no matter. Turning her head to more fully surround his lips, she had his neck in her arm's lock, while his hand slid to her back. Kissing, was there any better feeling? Indi was afraid to admit to herself, that unlike other boys, she actually had some meaning behind it when it was with him. But why think about what you didn't have to. Indigo tangled her hands in his hair, the softness of it incompassing her fingers. Hah, some goodnight kiss. It was a little bit more as far as a peck was considered.

"Sounds good, but you'll need to drink with me," Regulus smiled not wanting to be the only one celebrating. After all they were a couple now and should celebrate in his victory together, even if it was a victory over Indigo's house. Hey a celebration was a celebration. But the thought of celebratory drinking stirred a memory. It was one he hadn't recalled in awhile.
He had been out with a group of the Slyths celebrating something, the fact that he had just been named Captain, if memory served. The others had left and then something happened, he wasn't quite sure, but then he was drinking with Mafalda Hopkirk. Then they were in the library, there clothes were gone and they were huddled against a bookshelf.
Regulus had snapped back, just before the kiss, sending the memory back into the far reaches of his mind where it had come from. The only thing he could think about now, the only thing he cared about was Indigo and her soft lips. Having received no indication to stop Regulus pressed on deepening the kiss and creeping his tongue gently into Indi's mouth rolling it over her own tongue. The sensation caused a moment of blissful oblivion that Regulus hoped would never have to end.

"You make it sound as though you could get drunk off of butterbeer" She smirked smugishly; no matter how many butterbeers Indigo had at one time, she'd never gotten drunk from it. Perhaps a little lacking in hand to eye coordination, but that had to be only natural when you filled your body so full of fluid. She wondered what the rest of her house would say if she was off celebrating the slytherins, that is, if that actually won. Hmm they'd probably be mad......hehe. "Celebration it is." Butterbeers were good anyway, it gave you less room for chocolate. And Indigo, was a huge chocoaholic. The more the merrier. Randomly the face of Mafalda Hopkirk popped into her head and she blinked.
Indi really hated when she had short, random visions at the most annoying of times. It looked as if there were something else on his mind, and she was quiet for a minute. Usually she could tell if someone was off in their own little world, thinking about a different time and place. She resisted the strong urge to sigh and be petty, and instead continued onward with the kiss. If that didn't bring him back to reality, she didn't know what would. Besides, last time she had one of those it was Bella, and she was pretty sure it was what the girl was thinking about, not what was actually going to happen in the future.
Trying not to all of a sudden look suspicious or jealous that he was thinking about another girl, she brushed it off completely. His tongue came as a little bit of a surprise, just simply because they'd never kissed like that with one another before. It was good. Only holding hands and all of those slow steps thing was over, and Indi pressed herself closer to him. Sleep really sucks, so why bother. She pressed her face to into his rougher now, and everything had more fire to it. Indigo ran her tongue across his lips before drawing only her head back. "Hmm....maybe one more good night kiss?" She laughed softly, once you got her going it was hard to stop.

"You'd be surprised," Regulus smiled. Personally Reg never could put up with the sickening sweet taste of butterbeer long enough to get drunk, but he'd seen people who had. Drunk people were certainly entertaining. Sometimes when Reg went out with a few of his friend he knew were going to get smashed he wouldn't drink to much, one to make sure none of them did anything too stupid and two because it was just fun to watch. He really should record it one day.
Reg sensed maybe a slight hesitation, a split second of surprise as he slid his tongue it Indi's mouth. Immediately he thought about pulling out and starting to apologize, before he even finished the thought he felt Indi press in closer. Regulus had been trying to take things slower with Indigo so he could be sure what he was feeling was real, and not just the result of a few good make out sessions like some of his previous relationships. But now he was unable to resist the temptation any longer, it was time to give in, and boy was it worth it.
"One more," Regulus agreed "for luck." Reg wasn't even sure what that was supposed to mean, but it just seemed like it would sound good. Either way, he wasn't about to wait for Indi to question him. Leaning back into her he forced his mouth desperately back to hers, craving her taste. His tounge twisted around hers like a snake. The hand not on the back of Indi's neck found a comfortable spot on his waist as he continued to kiss her with more passion than he had ever felt before.

You'd be surprised. "Interesting....and would you know this from experience?" She prodded with a smirk, finding it hard to imagine Regulus drunk from butterbeer. However if that was the case, she had to know about it so she could hold it over his head forever and ever. Haha. Just like how she knew he was ticklish, she was never going to let him live that down. Only, he foiled her plan by finding out the same thing about her, therfore cancelling it out. There's no way she could tell anyone now, he'd do the same thing. Unfortunate the way that sometimes worked. There were a few people that she knew so much about, and them in return, that they would never be able to blackmail one another without setting themselves up.
Such as Rita, Marlene, and Ethan. It was utterly useless to try and one up them. She was glad he hadn't changed his mind half way through, because his tongue was very comfortable and welcome there. Actually, before this year, she was more used to having someone's tongue besides her's present, then without. But she'd really cut down on that, Indi was rather proud of herself. Anyways, it wasn't like she always did it just because, it was her way of getting attention from at least somebody. When you didn't get it anywhere else, you took what you could get.
For luck. Haha, luck for what? Oh, she had one. For good luck that he would win his oh-so-important quidditch match. Nice excuse for such a late hour. His mouth searched her's wildy, and she returned the kiss with the same power. Indigo kissed him like she was ravenous for his taste, and in this case she was. Her hands stopped gliding through his hair, and instead slid down the front of his chest, both hands resting there. For some reason, kissing him meant so much more than it usually did with other guys, and it made it that much better. Her mouth met his in a fury, and personally she liked it that way.

"Not personal experience, but I've seen it happen," Regulus explained. Sometimes though he wondered how much had to do with what the Butterbeer actually did to them as opposed to what they wanted it to do. Either way it was quality entertainment as long as nobody got (seriously) injured. After all what else were healing spells for if not patching up your drunk buddies after they hurt themselves doing something dumb. Of course Regulus had done his fair share of dumb things, with and without the influence of alcohol.
Reg wondered if Indigo was perhaps guilty of the same thing. Followed by the question of if she was a heavy drinker, or if she drank at all. Regulus seemed like he might drink quite a bit, but he was generally pretty modest with his drinking habits, baring one night two months ago. Reg tried going back to the conversations he'd had with Indi, serching for some clue as to her drinking habits. He found none, and in fact the more he thought he realized he really didn't know all that much about Indi beyond the fact that he loved being with her and she was beautiful. Actually he also knew she feared her mother, though that had been an accident and she'd offered no explanation and Regulus didn't press the issue.
Back in the kiss Regulus was still lost in the pure pleasure of it all. He could feel her long brown hair rolling over the back of the hand he still held around Indi's neck, the other hand on the small of her back pressed her body in close to his, but both these normally extraordinary sensations could not compare to the feel in his lips. His tongue continued to hungrily move about her mouth unable to get enough of the taste of her soft pink tongue. His lips pressed in passionately against hers. Reg was determined to draw out the kiss as if to ensure that it would last him until their next meeting.
