Correction: Aceline always got what she wanted. She made it impossible to act civil, impossible to remember anything: why he was here, how he’d gotten there – quite frankly you could have asked him what his name was and he wouldn’t have been able to tell you. No other thoughts except of her and what he’d like to do with her entered his mind. He wanted to hug her and kiss her and give her everything she wanted – himself included. It was hard to turn all that down, to try and act like he still had some sanity left. Her willingness to let him have her made his head spin – almost made him consider if she’d ever gone all the way before. Not that it matter – he would keep his promise.
His lips parted against hers in quiet surprise as her cool hands ran the length of his skin, tugging at his shirt. Aceline was good – she knew what she wanted, knew how to get it. Every bit of love, lust and everything in between reflected how he kissed her, how he rubbed his hands along her side, around her waist. He actually reconsider his earlier proposal – alright, she wants it now – lets do it; here, now. Some sense caught up to him even as he thought it; Aceline seemed to gather the reality of their situation as well, finally allowing him some breathing room as she leaned back. The wild excitement in her eyes seemed to die down some, but not before she practically shoved her pinky up into the air.
“Pinky swear,” she grinned sweetly but her eyes told a different story. Kalib chuckled, finding the childish vow oddly humorous but very truthful – you couldn’t ever go back on a pinky promise, heaven forbid. Smirking he looped his own around her and tightly shook. “I swear,” he replied smoothly before putting effort into kissing her back. Aceline was aware she could make herself irresistible when she wanted and she was definitely using it to her advantage – what was puzzling was the fact that he was letting her. She could have very well asked him for anything and he’d give it to her, whether now or later he would. After a moment he sighed quietly and looked her in the eye. “We should probably get back,” he muttered regrettably, not even wanting to guess what time it was now. He was on a responsibility roll – hate to break the streak now. [lol.]
OOC: Yeah, yeah. I know what you mean. ^^ When they talk about something that doesn’t exacting have true relevance to anything it’s like “okaaay, akwwwarrrdd…” // Yeah, guess where I am? School! Yay! “Aha ha.” It’s Advisory right now…I’m supposed to be watching the announcements but – pfft, who really does that? XD I e-mail replies to my e-mail account (can’t get on ISS on school comps; it’s blocked) so I reply to them here, send them back to myself and post them at home. It that’s not pitiful I don’t know what is – but what else am I supposed to do with me time? Actully pay attention…? ;]

“I swear,” Aceline heard Kalib say momments before his pinky looped around hers and shook. Aceline smiled at the arrangement, before letting his kiss cover her and erase her thoughts once more. Pushing him back slightly, she blinked, before letting out a laugh that was loud in the silence around them. "I hope you know what your getting yourself into!" She said, pulling herself close to him. She giggled. "Rawr. I'm dangeorus. I'd feel bad if you got hurt." She smiled as she said this, standing on her tip toes and jumping up to kiss his cheek. Doesnt it suck sometimes to be 5'3?
Aceline knew she had to stop kissing on him eventually It's not as though they could stay out here all night. But she didnt want to. She crossed her arms tightly acrossed her chest to stop herself from jumping him here and now. She tugged on a lock of her blonde hair, staring regretfully in to space. Grrrrr. He had better make good on that promise...
“We should probably get back,” Aceline knew he was right. For all they know the headmaster probely sent out the ministry with a missing persons report. They left at dinner...which had to be at least two hours ago. Aceline looked up at the sky, which was nearly black except for the moon which shined softly from behind a dark blue cloud. Dahm that moon...
Aceline didnt know why she was dahmning the moon. Or what the moon really had to do with here and now. Her and Kalib. She was almost Jealous of how the moon could hide behind bigger and better things, hide its flaws, and people never know. People just keep looking at it as if it's the most beautiful thing in the world. Dahm that moon...
Aceline sighed and turned back to Kalib with a small smile. "So Hemlock, ready to carry me home?"
((Q:I’m supposed to be watching the announcements but – pfft, who really does that?
A: No one
Q:what else am I supposed to do with me time? Actully pay attention…?
A: Gosh No! That's almost sinful))

OOC: Doesn’t it suck sometimes to be 5’3”? YES. I am thank you very much, and let me tell you – there are shorter people out there then me, but do my friends care? Oh no – I’m forever dubbed “the short one.” *Coughs* But, um, anyways…Back to the RP…so on it… XD
After all that he wasn’t allowed to kiss her anymore? Before any emotions could actually reach his expression she laughed, smiling so genuinely it almost hurt to look at – what was he ever going to do if he wiped that grin off her face? It’s not like he had a nice dating record here – or anywhere for that matter, really – but even accepting the offer to be his girlfriend surely she knew what she was dealing with? If not, her little heart might just get broken beyond repair. [Aha ha – Kalib’s get’n cocky…anyways…] But for right now he excused what he might do later with his actions right now. Live in the moment – good words to live by.
“Rawr. I’m dangerous. I’d feel bad if you got hurt.” Contradicting to her own word Aceline’s kiss with swift but soft, leaving his own smirk on his lips. It was almost like she had some hidden mind-reading talent. Now, if that was the case – well, frankly Kalib was screwed. But her words were playful and he thought no further about it. Instead, he replied calmly “I’m a big boy – don’t worry, ‘can take care of myself,’ and all that.” Not, he thought vaguely, that I wouldn’t be willing to accept your help. If it meant keeping her around – well heck, why not?
Upon his suggestion to finally head back inside – who knew how long they’d spent out here? – Aceline practically turned into an unresponsive stone, clearly dissatisfied with his proposal of responsibility. She just had to wait a little bit, and then she’d let her do with him what she will – it was only to his advantage that what she’d like most was a quiet room only him as company. “So Hemlock, ready to carry me home?” Whether she was actually being serious or not was questionable, but regardless she got her wish – scarcely before the words were even out of her mouth he swept her up into his arm. “I’ve been reduced to a pack mule,” he teased in fake smugness as he began walking back towards the castle.
Despite their frequent stops along the way, the pair had actually gotten a decent amount away. Even so, it wasn’t very long before their surroundings were lighter and if anything, more quiet. He glanced at the big oak doors – clearly the school was asleep. Smirking, pushed the doors open by leaning his back against one side and snuck back inside. The door swung shut behind him and he started off again, thankfully their Common Room wasn’t so far off like the Raven’s tower. “Nothing like sneaking around Hogwarts to get your adrenaline going,” he murmured lightly as they got deeper into the dudgeons. Luck, surely, was on their side – they ran into no one. “I might not get any sleep tonight I’m so wired…oh well.” He chuckled in the darkness, the sound bouncing quietly off the walls.

((Lol. Well...I wouldnt really know...i'm 5'6' nearing 5'7. Dangerously harmful to myself when very low ceilings are involved. I learned that lesson the hard way.))
“I’m a big boy – don’t worry, ‘can take care of myself,’ and all that.” Aceline couldnt help but laugh at Kalib's serious expression. She had her work cut out for her- it seemed. "Hmm. That's what they all say to me- before I leave them broken hearted. I wouldnt want that for you. You know, I'm more trouble than I'm really worth." Aceline started out playful, but her tone was now slightly serious. She could only imagine the shit she was bound to put Kalib through-intentionally or not-and she found herself wishing that he was as emotionally strong as some say. As much as Aceline found herself loving him she couldnt wish that he would love her. Because when it all fell through she'd rather be broken hearted than for a frown to even cross his mind. That's how much she was starting to care. Aceline hoped it was merely the heat of tonight and not real feeling's she was feeling for him.
“I’ve been reduced to a pack mule,” Aceline felt herself being lifted into the air and she almost immediately snapped out of her thoughts to loop her arms around Kalib. Now might have been a great momment to mention her fear of hights....all she could manage to feel was the heat of Kalib against her. She layed her head on his chest. "A very sexy pack mule" Aceline said into the cloth of his shirt, breathing in the scent of him. She lifted her eyes slightly and watched as the tree's passed around them, sooner than Aceline would have liked, they reached the castle.
Aceline frowned slightly and snuggled closer to Kalib, not wanting him to put her down. Aceline smiled happily when he merely pushed the doors open and continued carrying her down the dimly lit hallways. Obviously, everyone had been asleep for quiet some time. Aceline liked the thought of being alone with Kalib. In their common room. With beds....her thoughts started to wander to places they shouldnt be going. Ever.
“I might not get any sleep tonight I’m so wired…oh well.” Aceline laughed. "Stay with me tonight. We can sleep in the common room." Aceline lifted her head up and looked at him with pleading eyes. She didnt care, either way, but the thought would still be nice....

“Is that a challenge?” he questioned with a chuckle, “I can’t in good conscience say I’d ever do anything to purposefully hurt you, but sometimes things happen unintentionally. And when that happens, most often then not, it’s usually for the worst. So how about we make a deal instead? I won’t hurt you and you won’t hurt me – intentionally.” That seemed to be a good loophole. It allowed room for error but should something go wrong, they could simply blame it on the hands of fate and move on unharmed. “Deal?”
The thought however, of ever hurting her – intentional or otherwise – seemed quite unthinkable as he carried her through the night. In weak humor he compared her to an angel with horns: beautiful and outstanding on the outside, but her true personality poked out in a not so subtle way. It was because of that small dose of wickedness that Kalib was so attracted to her, he was sure. Being all gentlemanly and proper was completely over-rated anyhow – he needed someone who could keep up with that. Aceline, naturally, proved a good candidate. He liked having her around, he liked how she’d finally warmed up to him, he liked that she might very well rip off the head of any girl to look at him wrongly. He’d return the favor of course…everyone one knew his girlfriend was always off limit. Kalib strictly enforced that rule, whereas others failed to do so and he merely stole them away in a blink of an eye.
“A very sexy pack mule,” Aceline muttered and he easily felt her breath. Smiling he kissed the top of her head. “Because I could hardly ever be an ugly mule, now could I?” he teased, “I’m much too attractive to ever have ‘ugly’ and ‘Kalib’ in the same sentence. Should be illegal really.” He laughed under his breath, listening as the sound somewhat vibrated back off the hall walls. It was remarkable how quiet the school could be compared to the usual buzz of chatter. It almost was eerie somehow, the way just his footsteps echoed and loud theirs whispers seemed. “Stay with me tonight. We can sleep in the Common Room.” That, especially, was loud and clear. He couldn’t even ignore the comment, her eyes begging for him to response. Kalib fought of the large urge to agree with her. “Aceline,” he sighed with a tone of finality, “You know we can’t do that. I promise, later. Not tonight.” Her gaze alone almost killed him as the Common Room door swung open. Just a few steps and… “If you promise to wait, how about I promise to take you to the Ball? There’s no way I’d be able to sit across the room and let someone else hold you. You,” he murmured, kissing her nose, “belong right here.” True they were already in the Common Room, and true he’d stop walking, and true all he had to do was set her down so she could waltz up to her dorm – yet he still hadn’t put her down. He didn’t want to.
OOC: Heh, yeah I suppose being short has it’s perks. Don’t have to worry about those dang ceilings. ;]

Aceline couldnt help but find herself smiling in Kalib's presence. Why had she waited so long for this? What did she do to even deserve? Aceline scoffed slightly, realizing how lost she was getting in him. If she pretended not to care, then when things fell though (which they were bound too) it wouldnt hurt her as much. She backtracked on her thought process. What had he done to deserve. That sounded better to Aceline, however untrue she knew it was. He had to do nothing. Nothing but be.
"I won’t hurt you and you won’t hurt me – intentionally. Deal?" Aceline looked into his eyes and thought to herself that if only it were that easy...but she found herself agreeing anyway. Aceline was, forever, going to be Aceline. And Aceline was, intentionally or not, a bitch. Shure, in this momment Aceline ws ready to drop to her knee's and start repenting her sins...but would she feel like that tomorrow? Or next week? Or next month? Could her whole life really change for a boy she knew for a total of a few hours? God, she couldnt imagine bringing pain to his face though. Unintentionally she lifted her hand to his cheek. "I promise." Didnt she just say a few hours before rules and promises...they were merely made to be broken? Aceline would never break him-this-ever.
“Because I could hardly ever be an ugly mule, now could I?I’m much too attractive to ever have ‘ugly’ and ‘Kalib’ in the same sentence. Should be illegal really.” Aceline laughed slightly. "I, for one, second that notion." She said, caring little about feeding his ego. Who said opposites attract? Aceline and Kalib=one of the same. And they were doing brilliant so far. After Aceline's harmless suggestion was made Kalib began his little morals and standards rant again. “You know we can’t do that. I promise, later." Aceline rolled her eyes. "Gee, love, it's nice to know you think so highly of me." She gave him a small kiss to show she was joking and, loud enough for Kalib to hear, muttered under her breath. "A girl can't even cuddle anymore with her boyfriend without there being some hidden motive." She blinked innocently.
"If you promise to wait, how about I promise to take you to the Ball?" Aceline nearly jumped for joy, already forgetting the fact that she wasnt even planning on going. It was such a..a...muggle thing. "I'd looove to!" she stretched love out to be at least three words. Lo-o-ove. Aceline smiled, full of happiness. She felt happier than she had in...years, really. There’s no way I’d be able to sit across the room and let someone else hold you. Aceline looked at him. "Theres no one here i'd rather go with than you." She replied, something that was true. She had already recieved several request as a date and she turned them all down. At the time-it wasnt really because of Kalib but she was suddenly glad she was great at saying 'no'.
"You belong right here." Aceline smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Forever and always."

Kalib wasn’t positive, be he was pretty sure this was the first relationship he’d ever gone into and actually voiced the fact that in the end, things probably wouldn’t work out. Whenever in attempts to swoon a girl he made himself perfect in every way. He said the right things, did the right things. Once secured, only then did he finally let his not-so-charming side poke out. He wasn’t proud for being known about his excessive love life, in a sense. “Proud”? No, but “cocky” – yes. If people were going to talk about him he might as well feed the fire. The fact that he was “untamable” and “a stud” and every other name under the sun made him more attractive. That’s why he attracted girls like Mariella and Aceline. They, like himself, wanted a challenge. So the fact that he was admitting all this in-directly was quite shocking, even to himself. Of course, being honest about it he probably was just scare Aceline might “win” in the strictly challenge sense and had made himself a net for when he fell.
“Gee, love, it’s nice to know you think so highly of me.” Kalib’s eyes told her enough: you know I think highly of you and you know you’re not making this very fair. Again, that small sense she might just “win.” But his ego was just a little too big to admit such an earlier defeat. “A girl can’t even cuddle anymore with her boyfriend without there being some hidden motive.” Kalib wasn’t all together sure he was supposed to hear that. Sighing, and most regrettably he finally set her standing but kept his arms around her waist. “That’s right,” he whispered, giving some indication of his tease by his smirk, “You can’t. Because when you do…” He kissed her lips. “…whether you meant to or not…” He nibbled at her ear. “…you make it impossible for me to sit still…” He kissed along her neck and after a moment of hesitation, finally withdrew back to looking at her. “Later,” he repeated for the last time.
The amount of excitement that exploded into her expression once he’d finally asked her made him forget he was supposed to be trying to shoo her upstairs. “It’s a date then,” he smiled using the old, worn out line – but somehow the word “date” always got to the girls; there was a reason it was so overused. Dropping the “I’ll pick you up around eight” line, he instead remarked “I look forward to it.” Now the hard part – to act responsible. If he stayed in the Common Room, alone, with her much longer he was going to loose all reason for his actions. He was pretty sure Aceline knew that. He kissed her a tad too long and then smiled somewhat regrettably as he gestured towards the staircase. “Sweet dreams, love.”
OOC: Oh my! (Aha, Wizard of Oz. XD)

Aceline let Kalib's kiss her gently acrossed her face and neck for a few momments until she could no longer stand it. She took his face in her hands and kissed him deeply, mommentarily oblivious to the world around her. Is this how lady's act? Aceline smirked into the kiss at the sound of her mother's voice in her head. Yeah, we all know, voices in the head...first sign of insanity. Aceline just kissed him more passionately. And in public too... The voice, Aceline admitted, sound mildly amused. Aceline pulled back.
"God...I can never get rid of that woman." She muttered, then blushed thinking Kalib might of heard. Best way to kill a momment. 'Oh, honey, during our kiss I was thinking of my mom.' Yes. that should go over great. Aceline brushed the thought aside and was most disapointed to find herself on the ground. Had she always been there?
“Later,” Aceline, not hearing the beginning of the sentence but shure she knew what he was referring to, pouted. She didnt know why she wanted this so much...now. She had just never felt like this before. Parts of her body, things she thought she was immuned to, were now working in over drive. Mother always said...the guy she loses her virtue (yes, she says virtue) too is the one she shall wed. Wonder if Kalib's ready to handle that. Aceline laughed at the thought of her prim and proper mother sitting there listening to her Kalib speak. Oh the joy. As her father looked on disaprovingly although he know's he behaved the same, if not worse, than Kalib himself did now. Mabey I should invite Kalib to dinner....to the ball! Aceline's family held a ball yearly around valentines day, in hopes of finding Aceline a suitor. It would be quite funny to see the look on her parents face...plus all the guys that would be lined up....and the envious looks of their dates....Aceline was already mentally picking out her dress. Pink is too innocent...white....too bleachy.....black...ew....GOTH! Yuck. She shook the thoughts once more out of her head, only wanting to enjoy now. Kalib.
Coming back to reality “It's a date, then. I look forward to it.” Aceline pulled him closer to her and met his kiss halfway, not letting the kiss stop anymore than he was. She let her hands stray down his waist into the pockets of his jeans. "You won't be the only one..." Aceline purred in his ear, kissing his neck as she pulled away. She watched him gesture to the stairs and she rolled her eyes.
"Fine." she huffed, sashaying away dramatically. “Sweet dreams, love.” Aceline paused, turning around to face him. "Seulement quand mes rêves sont de vous." Aceline said softly, blowing a kiss over her shoulder as she walked up the steps to her dorm, not once looking back.
((lol. funny.))
