Okay, all you do is post a quote from another person's IC post that really stood out to you. Maybe you admired the character's wit, or you found it inspirational, maybe it made you roll on the floor hysterically and pee your pants. Whatever it was, post down something you loved and give that member a virtual pat on the back for their awesomeness.
