{ A B O U T . T H E . C H A R A C T E R } Name: Ellianna Jacqueline Peyton But please call her Ella Age: Seventeen Gender: Female Year: 7th Face Claim: Maggie Grace
Canon or Original? Original
Facial Properties: A soft faced beauty this girl is. She is a little white girl, with some fun in her. Her hair is golden, blonde as the sun, and straight as a ruler. However, her hair is never considered boring, always complimenting her face beautifully. She likes to wear it with spunk, and her shining brown eyes finish that spunky touch. She likes to smile, and she likes to have a clean smile. Being a child from both the muggle world, and the magic world, she had her share of braces and dental care, making her pearly whites a fine feature to her body. Being brave, Ella pierced her ears at a young age with the help of a friend, and later, about two years later, followed up with another whole. Treating them well, Ella was able to get off the hook with uninfected ears. Her parents were impressed. Embracing her female features, Ella found a love for make up early on in her life. She loves dolling herself up and dressing herself up to go to parties. She likes to wear a light layer of mascara, a whisk of eye liner, and all the lip gloss in the world. She simply loves it.
Physique: Ella is a little one. She stands 5’5 with a weight of 117 lbs. She’s pretty skinny, but that’s just how she is. She’s a little girl on the outside, strong and will powerful on the inside. Her stick figure is not unhealthy however, she has been to the doctor numerous times, and each time she is told she is healthy as a horse. Being a tennis player in her free time, and a swimmer, she isn’t all tiny and defenseless. She has a good amount of muscle on her, and she’s got a swimmer’s lunges, so she has strong way to her, however, she looks like such a twig and she’d blow away in the wind. She isn’t exactly curvy, because she’s so skinny, but she’s got enough hips to support her long legs. As a skinny girl, she has the problem of managing a strong diet, because of the way her body works; she is always on the prospect of being underweight. But she doesn’t starve herself, and as one of those pretty girls, she certainly does not think of herself as fat. Surprising. She is comfortable with her body type and knows that she needs to eat a bit more than the average person to keep her body weight up. It’s a good thing she loves food!
Wand Type: Willow, Hippogriff’s hair, 11 inches Wand Expertise: Transfiguration Patronus: A running, pouncing, Jaguar Boggart: Ghosts! As a young girl, seeing her dead mother’s ghost frightened her so powerfully, that her mother stopped visiting her. Personality: Ella is a girl who likes to try new things. She isn’t exactly the best at doing the same things over and over again, so she is always looking for something new to do and something new to keep her from growing bored. In her younger years, this meant running out into forests and looking for trolls, or trying to find a unicorn. She wasn’t exactly successful, ever. But she is determined to see one of the beautiful beasts, and she knows that they lie hidden, somewhere in the Forbidden Forest. To any other girl, this might put the idea of finding such a beautiful creature out of mind, because every girl at one point in their lives wants to see a unicorn, but when the idea of seeing one involves getting down and dirty and running through the dark woods at night, most girls give up on their dreams. Not Ella, she’s a girl with a whole future ahead of her, because she won’t ever give up on an adventure. Nor will she give up on her dreams, because her dreams are what keep her alive, and what keep her from realizing that her life really could have fucked her up, because it wasn’t the healthiest environment, moving around all the time, never having a stable family. She was lucky that she had such a strong sense of what to do with herself. It kept her from suffering. It wasn’t her fault that as she grew older, her sense for adventure grew stronger. She is always looking to do something outside, to feel the air on her skin and get into some trouble, do something extremely badass. It was all right up her alley. The truth was, the outdoors called to her. She loved it out here, out in the woods and out on the mountains. It could be the fact that as much as she thinks it’ll happen, nature will never move away from her.
This girl loves to LAUGH. She loves to have fun, and be the kind of girl she approves of. She’s a partier, and she’s one you’ll find in the crowds, but she isn’t a slut, and she won’t get completely wasted. She’s a girl who knows how to have fun and at the same time can be completely safe and takes care of herself. She’s strong willed like that. She keeps her friends close, and her enemies far, because she isn’t a girl who likes drama. If you have a problem with her, don’t expect to get any attention, because Ella is comfortable enough with herself to not need to worry about what other people think of her. She isn’t exactly the type to make enemies anyway, she likes to have fun, like every other human being, and she likes to study and get along with all her teachers. She likes to get along with other people, because friends make everything more enjoyable, and she doesn’t really like to be down on herself. Her friends definitely lift her up, and she would like to think that she lifts them up as well. You could see her by herself though; she doesn’t need a group of girls to walk around the school. You might even find her catching up on a homework assignment between classes, because that’s how much her future life matters to her. She is going to have a good time and make sure that she ends up happy and healthy, because anything would beat her younger years.
Boys. She’s had her share of boys, and she’s had her share of hooking up with people. She can be flirty, but she’s not your average slut. At parties she loves to hang out with the boys, but you won’t see her sleeping with anyone just like that. She’s lost her virginity, to a boy she loved dearly, but that didn’t mean she was just going to sleep around like that. She just wasn’t that girl, even if some of her friends were. She wanted to have fun with guys, and maybe date a few here and there, maybe even a kiss a few at a parties, but she wasn’t going to be known as the girl who was easy. She declared that on herself long ago, because she was better than that, and she truly believed that. She was going to be true to herself and not sleep with anyone she didn’t want to, even if she was drunk. It just wasn’t going to happen. She loved them, loved them dearly. She loved having them there for her, and she loved hanging out with them because let’s face it they are just so god damn entertaining. However, that is her party life. In real life, she isn’t exactly thrilled of getting attention from the players, she is flattered of course, and she appears to love it, but deep down she wants something more, something that means something. She is just like every other girl, wanting a prince. Of course, Ella knows how to keep that for in her dreams, in reality, she likes steady boyfriends. They make her smile.
She squeals; when she’s excited, when she’s angry, when she’s hurt. Let’s face it. If you know her, you’ve heard her squeal. She even squeals when she yawns. Some people find it oh so adorable, while others find it ever so much annoying. Ella can’t help it, it happens without her realizing, and sometimes in class you’ll hear her squeal because she can’t help it early in the morning when she’s tired. She’s gotta stretch and yawn, and she squeals when it happens. It isn’t her most favorite feature, because she gets in trouble. A lot for it. She could go without getting called off on something she can’t help every minute of her life. Another flaw she has is taking things too personally. Some might say she hangs out with the wrong people for that to work out, but she loves her friends, and they look out for her how they need to. She might be a bit sensitive to guys who are douches to her, or girls who go out of their way to pour beer on her, but that’s the way she is. Everyone gets mad, and when she gets mad, it isn’t a pretty sight. Throwing fits? Oh yeah, her specialty. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, oh man, you might want to get out of the room. Especially when she’s drunk, because she’ll scream, and she’ll hit, and at one particular moment, her lowest moment of her life, she actually needed to be dragged off a student after the girl had slapped Ella of course. Being upset, not her strongest point. A definite flaw no one wants to see.
Really, she’s anything but what everyone expects of her. She’s the sweetest girl in the world, and just happens to hang with the meanest. She loves to smile and laugh, but if you don’t know her too well, you might not get the chance to meet this side of her. It’s that she literally completely changes for people and to protect herself from what people see, but it’s a dog eat dog world out there and she knows this, and keeping herself free from being targeted is perfectly fine for her. But once you do get to really know her, you might fall in love with how sweet she really can be. She has a whole world in front of her and she knows this, she is just the cutest thing by herself. Maybe with a steady boyfriend, she’ll giggle and laugh freely, without worry. Really, it isn’t just a giggle, Ella could laugh for hours. She’s one of those people who easily cries when she hears something really funny. When people get to see this side of her, they aren’t exactly shocked either, because they always knew there was something more then what she was showing them. She isn’t exactly hiding it, but at parties, she wasn’t willing to risk anything, and people knew this, they grew a respect for it, while others of course didn’t. She is this completely sweet girl on the inside, and that’s how people start to think of her as, “little”. She just seems too precious when she is who she is, small and little, and inside just as sweet as she appears, people begin to think of her as, “Little Ella.” She doesn’t mind it at all, in fact, she kind of likes it, because as much as she doesn’t want the whole school to know this side, so they will target her, having the people she cares about truly know who she is, is the greatest thing on the earth. Likes: + Friends - [She loves to be surrounded by people who care about her. However, Peeves is definitely someone she could go without seeing. Ever.] – Fake parents - [Fake parents ditch. Ella could do without ever seeing the Sparks again.] – Muggles - [Not a fan, not a fan. She doesn't like being viewed as a freak. Not at all.]
History: Ella was born on December 12th, seventeen years ago in Alloa, Scotland, a small town of only about 20,000 people. Her biological mother was named Lily George, and she was the freest spirited witch you would ever meet. She was young; she was a bit small, standing only 5’4 and was twig skinny. At nineteen years old, she thought she was ready to marry, and start a family. She graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as a popular little one. Being well liked among her peers and teachers, it was no surprise that she had a loving sweetheart who had been with her for her Fifth and Sixth year. Aaron Peyton was a year older then Lily, but was in love with her and stayed with her while he was off in the real world, enjoying the life in his post Hogwarts years. When Lily finally completed her seventh year, Aaron welcomed her in open arms, and the moved to Scotland, a brave choice for a young couple ready to start a family. Lily was from England, she descended from Scotland, a reason why they decided to move there, but all of her closest family was in England. Aaron was from Ireland, and his family wanted nothing to do with him, so he was on his own as well. They co-existed with muggles, but their neighborhood was filled with magical families. It was the best way to start their life, they were madly in love and it didn’t take Lily long to be pregnant with her first born child, Ella Peyton, or to get married in the beautiful fields of Scotland in front of many, many, friends. Of course, Lily’s family, and Aaron’s family didn’t show.
Ella was born in the morning of a sunny winter day, the snow on the ground was fluffy, and Aaron and Lily couldn’t be happier. It was their first child, and the beginning of a great family. She was born at home, and she was pretty much as healthy as possible, except for her weight. She was a small baby, weighing only 5.5 lbs. Of course the young couple was worried, but the doctor assured them that it was normal for small mothers to have small babies. Ella proved the doctors words too, because she was as healthy and as strong as a horse, she was just on the small side. At three months old, Ella was right on track for baby growth and even offered her parents a smile. They beamed of course; they were so excited to see their baby growing healthily, because as much as the doctor assured them that Ella was okay, her weight worried them. But still, Ella kept proving her worried parents wrong, because she kept up right along with normal kid growth. She began standing up at seven months old, her parents were shocked but of course excited. They didn’t know how it was possible, but they weren’t complaining. At just a year mark, Ella even began walking. Shakily of course, because she was just beginning! But it didn’t change how proud her parents were.
It was for her second birthday. Her parents were going to throw her a huge party. They had invited all the neighboring kids, and were on the way to the store two days before the party to pick up some decorations. They were inviting some of the muggle families, and so they had to make it look like a normal party. Lily wanted the cute little birthday hats and sparkly swirly decorations, and so they made a trip out to the store that happened to be the farthest away, and across the largest and busiest highway. Aaron wasn’t a great driver; he was a wizard, why would he ever drive a car? Well, they wanted to do this the muggle way, and so he drove the car shakily through the neighborhood and out into the busy streets. He figured out that the red lights mean stop, and the green means go, and all that, but he didn’t understand what to do when he hit the highway. It was a trip that was supposed to be fun and for their daughter, but it ended up a complete disaster. A large semi-truck ended up hitting them as they tried to change lanes, and it through them over into the barricade that separated the lanes traveling in the other direction from them. Lily and Aaron died upon impact, and two other cars were involved in the accident, injuring them only. Lily and Aaron were the only deaths, and that left Ella without her parents.
She was being babysat by a neighboring muggle family while her family was away, and when they found out the news of her parents death, they didn’t know what to do with her. They couldn’t keep her, because they weren’t ready for a child, and they didn’t have any idea who her family was. Being the jerk of a family they were, they brought her to the adoption agency and claimed she was an orphan and had absolutely no other family known. The agency of course took her in without questions, and immediately offered her up for adoption to a new family. It was the Sparks that wanted her, a family of three. A father named Jeffry, a mother named Jessica, and a son named Marley. They were looking for a new addition to their already “perfect” family, and so when they laid their eyes on Ella, they knew she was the one. She was the adorable little blonde that loved to smile. She was too young to understand what was going on, and when she was surrounded with endless supplies of toys, how could she not smile? Ella was brought home by the Sparks and immediately was welcomed into their glamorous home. They were rich, Jeffry was the owner of a large company, and brought in millions. Jessica was a spoiled little woman who liked to spend her money on clothes and facials. Marley was the spoiled seven year old who liked to comb his blond hair and gorgeously slick it back on top of his head. Ella didn’t know what to think of the odd family, she just liked the toys they offered her. Over the months, she grew used to the family and their ways, and she began to accept their love. Ella especially took to Jessica, she was a woman who knew how to love and make Ella love her back. She grew to the family, and they made it work until she was five years old.
Ella is a witch; there is nothing you can do about something that’s in your blood. She liked to make magic with her mind, and as she grew into her childhood years, she began exploring her imagination. Being brought up as a muggle, she wasn’t able to get rid of her crazy ideas of magic and casting spells. Her family thought it was cute at first, but as it grew more and more extreme, only extreme aggravation followed her attempts at casting spells with wooden spoons and spatulas. She was four years old when she actually conducted her first real experiment with magic. Real live magic. She was holding a dish, and Ella screamed, “Baby Binding Pumpernickel!” and the dish immediately smashed in her hands and fell across the floor, broken and shattered. Ella felt good, she had never seen her mind taken to a new level like that, but she loved it. She wasn’t even frightened, she was entertained. She had always made up words that sounded like magic in the past, and continuing to shout random nonsense was right up her alley. As much as she was thrilled, the Sparks however, were not. They were appalled, scared, frightened by what was becoming of their daughter. Marley thought that she was the devil child, and as more and more magical experiences were happening, his parents couldn’t help but agree. Ella was the devil child, and they wanted nothing to do with her anymore.
They told the officials. They brought Ella back to the adoption agency, and put out the warning. Ella was possessed. Priests came to visit her, to try and help her, but Ella only smiled at them and clapped her hands, they didn’t frighten her. But she sure frightened them. People were growing fearful, the Sparks especially, but she was only a child, and some were skeptical if the rumors were even true. It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Sparks were doing this for attention, it wouldn’t be the first time. So Ella was safe to get adopted into a new family. Now however, she knew exactly what was happening, she understood that her family no longer wanted her, and it made her sad. She didn’t smile when they gave her toys anymore, because she began to think of herself as a freak. It wasn’t until the Allen family came, until she realized that she wasn’t a freak, it was normal. She was a witch! She was perfectly normal, in the magical world. The Allen family knew her parents well, they had gone to school with them, and were the same age as Lily. Liza Allen happened to be Lily’s closest friend, and turned out that the Allen’s had been trying to track down Ella ever since the accident. They heard of course that their death had left Ella parentless, and they immediately tried to find her, and give her the home she deserved, but they had come too late. But it didn’t matter now, because Liza and her husband Nathan were saving Ella from the muggle world that viewed her as a freak, and brought her into their home. The magic world. Ella grew up in a world surrounded by memories of her parents, and as she grew older, she got to understand who her parents were.
As she grew up in a magical house, magical features began to sink into her. One of her most feared happened to be that her mother Lily began to visit her as a ghost. Ella hated it, it scared her. She didn’t like it, and she had Nathan get her to go away. As the years began to roll by, Ella considered Liza and Nathan her parents. She called them mom and dad, even though she had already known two others. It didn’t matter; it was who raised you that were your parents. And Nathan and Liza were doing a fine job with her; they kept her well away from the muggle world, and kept her in a magical environment that she could grow up in. She moved to England, Nathan and Liza thought it would be best if she was surrounded by kids she would see at Hogwarts, to give her a place to think of as home. Being her fourth house, Ella wasn’t really surprised, but as she grew used to it in England, she began to love it. She finally began to feel like she was at home.
