ABOUT THE CHARACTER
Name: Rininnia "Rinny" Delilah Bridges. Age: Sixteen. Gender: Female. Year: Fifth. Celebrity: Mischa Barton [Click].
Canon or Original?: Original.
Facial Properties:
Rininnia is attractive, beginning with her physiognomy. Winning by a majority of votes, people, including herself, favor her smile above other facial features. Her lips are smooth and shapely, normally closed atop the other, hiding pearly white teeth that are arranged in a neat order. Her complexion is creamy pale, with a slight tan that is even among-st her skin, and naturally a light, rosy pink at her cheeks. The bone structure located at Rinny's face is aligned accurately along its fellow attributes, one of which being her nose. Her nose appears bony and fragile, as if a single punch would do the trick. Second place in winning, are Rinny's eyes. Her aunt comments on the pair as illustrious, and in a said deep gaze, not only that, but piercing. The irises are colored a combination of a number of colors; first, a light shade of steel gray, secondly, an olive green, and third, teal. It makes for an appealing color; a thin layer of eyeliner traced around the outline of her eye, and a brush or two of mascara to elongate and slightly thicken her eyelashes, are easily the best way to make her eyes pop. With this being said, Rinny hardly ever finds it necessary to make a trip to the mirror; the reason being that she simply does not hold this accountable for being a need. Last but not least, the girl's hair is a whole other story itself; her cousin once made a remark that he'd guarantee any boy in their right mind would want to run a hand through her hair any day. Although, after thinking, 'Yeah right,' she began to smile, and made no smart remark. The long, light brown locks reach elbow-length, and have the slightest hint of red near her scalp, and are soft and silky to the touch, not to mention, have a notable sheen when acknowledged by any source of light.
Physique:
Rininnia is a fairly tall girl, standing at five feet and four inches, possibly short for her age, just slightly below the average height of a sixteen-year-old. Complaints about her height are common among-st others and especially by herself, not necessarily being complaints, but both advantages and disadvantages, and what else may be categorized as an issue of height. Her aunt says her legs are as lanky as they come, but her cousin teases her that she's probably the shortest in her class. On the scale, Rinny weighs approximately one hundred thirty six pounds, which overall, amounts as not as heavy as she could be, but she takes pride in doing a numerous amount of exercises, staying fit and active. If ever there was a health class at Hogwarts, her cousin would count on that she would surely take the class and ace it. Her body type is slim and athletic, and well-developed, although it would seem that for ages, she doubted she had hit puberty at all, and if confronted about it, she would have denied it. She is indeed muscular from the physical activities she performs every week; such as running, stretching, etcetera, but appears wimpy and bony. Her eating habits are average, and kept average by self-discipline, although there are times when she indulges or refuses food, but never purposefully.
Personality:
Rininnia is a truly eccentric girl. Although, this type of behavior is understandable from a typical sixteen-year-old, isn't it? The answer may not be very clear at the present moment, but a most unoriginal unique-ness of hers is that she harbors many qualities of all four of the Hogwarts houses, but she has never been complicated unless one approaches her seeming that way. Basically, with a well-thought, good first impression, he or she shouldn't be judged, and in a manner of speaking, she is quite difficult, but once past this point of introduction, an easy-going, slightly open-minded person that is quiet when necessary, and never too loud even when given chance, even considered shy, which may very well be the truth at some points. Keen to this type of behavior, she may even be that way.
The courageous house of Godric Gryffindor would be a fitting choice. Rinny is generally brave, whereas her cousin uses to full advantage her daring disposition when in want of playful revenge. The innumerable amount of dares that she accepts without a second thought always end with her either injured physically or emotionally, or beaming victoriously even when she did lose; a sign of good character, sport, and honesty. It is rare for her to actually win a dare with the kind of luck she has, but credit goes to her for accepting the danger or what not without a doubt. Unlike her cousin's occasional want for revenge, as he calls it, she is honest with herself and others, and would simply not have it any other way. The notable upbeat and spirited girl is what makes her popular among-st her friends, and with this being said, there is no harm in saying that she can be overbearingly kind and caring, and sometimes, generous, depending on one's identity, and what relationship one holds with Rinny. If not a positive relationship, she may simply be kind in either a sarcastic or mean expression, or just not really anything if one is that intolerable.
The loyal house of Helga Huffepuff is a definite candidate. Rinny is friendly and approachable to others, who befriends other people fairly well, but at a slower pace than others; and when these friendships are created, she keeps herself dangerously close to her beliefs and instincts, for reasons such as being pulled away from traditions, etcetera. Although she can be strongly loyal to those whom she has befriended previously, she can easily expect the same for herself and trust them, as if it were a dare itself, not the slightest bit reluctant. Speaking of dares, remember how she doesn't always win them, which, in other words, she has been betrayed at least once or twice, and her trust is limited now because of it. A loyal person like herself, not only to the small civilization the school has been known to become, she won't start things and leave them unfinished, nor be swept away from the important things, such as her family, and standing up for herself and her friends when needed. Besides not allowing other to easily gain her trust in fear the plan may backfire, Rinny is loyal, although lately, has found herself more alone than she would normally be left.
The noble house of Rowena Ravenclaw is certainly an option, but one not very expressive of who Rininnia is. Although some can depend on the fact she is one of the brightest in her class, she has the moments where one completely spaces out and forgets that one is holding a conversation with another, or a lesson. These moments are happening more than usual, and her cousin is worried that something may be the matter, but nothing is; Rinny is easily distracted, and when combined with boredom, daydreaming is what she does to pass the time that she wouldn't be wasting if she were actually listening when she was instructed she should be. Of course, her cousin is always interested in scaring her, trying to create a new cancer and say she has it. But nonetheless, she is an intelligent girl that finishes and turns in school work in on time, and manages to keep awake in class long enough to know what page in the textbook to study, and also to keep a good grade average so she is able to pass after all the times she's daydreamed. This, not only, is proof that intelligence lies within her mind that some would simply call luck or purposefully ditsy; when given opportunity, she can figure the most difficult mysteries out without very much effort, and intentionally leaves the blatant puzzlements for the last to identify.
The cunning house of Salazar Slytherin is hardly a choice, and if one were to ask how much is hardly, exactly a speck large. Although Rininnia isn't at all a sly person, there are a few times she has created a lie or so to slip out of trouble and a fair amount of detentions, and her conscience has led her to feel guilty and later, reveal the truth after much hesitation, and though she learns her lesson repeatedly bearing much experience with the matter, it doesn't necessarily mean that this type of incident isn't prone to always happen time and again. She is an accidental eavesdropper, and from what she hears, she draws conclusions; sometimes correct, and incorrect. Rinny is quite nosy, or as she would like to refer to it, absolute curiosity, meaning the word nosy describes this portion of her perfectly. When love is the subject among-st her friends, and is asked if she would attempt to make a boy jealous, her answer is possibly inching toward yes, depending on who he is, etcetera. Most of the intimate secrets are left at the doorstep of her mouth and no further than behind her front teeth. One thing that is not a secret is the occasional self-pitying days where she wants to be the center of attention purposefully, and the few that are on bad terms find their relationship with Rinny only worsens throughout those days. But she never will care what others think of her, being her own rebellion against hundreds of thousands of others running the same track.

History:
Rininnia Delilah Bridges was born on August thirty first in London, England, to Lidia "Lids" and Jillian "Jill" Bridges. The hilarious pet names that she had identified at simply two years old were beyond her own little world where curiosity wasn't being nosy and it was okay, but a quick, random thought: She preferred Lids over Jill. As obvious as it was, they had fallen head over heels for each other, and everything felt to the family as if the universe was aligned in the best possible harmony that it could conjure. Before this becomes a sickening love story of the utmost disgusting perfection, at four years, Rinny and this particularly wonderful life was unexpected thrown away and cut shorter for Lidia and Jillian Bridges -- They were murdered. The crime was caused by an elderly, power hungry man who was discovered to be an assassin given wizarding money and ordered to kill the Bridges family, but when Lidia hid her only child, Rinny wasn't spared at all. She was sent to her relatives's home and expected to bear through life without a parent's love. Slightly melodramatic, no?
The relatives of which Rinny were sent to were her only cousin, and her aunt and uncle were the only other family she had unless she wanted to go to St. Mungo's and live with a lot of lunatics who had lost their minds years before she was even given birth. At age four and a half, she had no other options open, and her cousin was the only friend she had in this strange place that was completely foreign to her, and he was the tour guide to help her through. Both were almost exactly the same age, though her cousin was slightly older by a few months or so, and a year later, she was settled in her new house and comfortable with the others inside. Her uncle was always out working within the walls of the Ministry of Magic and hardly ever was around, and it was frank she had already figured she was a pureblood, her parents both being wizards in coincedence; by this time, the hints given to her were clarified further. Her cousin was also magical, but instead of figuring things out for himself, he had known from the beginning he was to attend Hogwarts in his later years, and when news of this had leaked to Rinny, she had something to look forward to, not that she was depressed and drowning in self-pity, but rather that she had just not been willing to let things fall entirely into the hands of fate, considering what had happened when she had been off guard.
A few years later, life was going at a steadily slow pace, steps quickened, but slowed after time, ordinarily like everyone else and the unvarying routines of the five days of seven going to a private school of only Muggles, the only magical inhabitants being her and her cousin, was comforting and a reality check once or twice when necessary; and the one Saturday that Rinny chose to sleep later in the morning like she was urged to, she was awakened, feeling feverish and alarmed, her cousin calling out to her from the bottom of the staircase like her mad uncle currently in St. Mungo's, "Rinny! It's here! Our letters! To leave for Hogwarts!" the eleven-year-old jumped out of bed, tossing her blankets which were later found hanging off the perimeter of the bed, her heart thumping wildly against her ribcage, which couldn't be healthy, and afterwards, she payed the price of a sore, aching chest, and dashed down the carpeted steps, accidentally sliding across on the wood floor on the first floor, and there was not a doubt there was excitement lighting her eyes, possibly even flooding. Her aunt made breakfast, a small smile failing to never leave her face, so calm, and the very same afternoon, they sat outside on the patio, Rinny and her cousin, writing a reply on the back of the piece of parchment with the traditional ink bottle and quill; her aunt thought it would be wise to begin learning the ways of which they were about to be taught.
When September the first rolled around the corner and up the driveway, Rinny and her cousin had already packed the bare necessities, and a prized possession or two that they vowed not to lose at the boarding school. Her aunt drove them to King's Cross Station, where they stood and stumbled along the morning crowds, the frost in the air hanging above them like a silk blanket, hauling their suitcases about the train station until they overheard a fellow wizarding family whispering that they were to run into a wall. At first, the idea seemed ludicrous; running into a wall to get to Platform 9 and 3/4 was the most ridiculous idea they might have ever heard until -- they witnessed the family running through a wall, one by one, careful not to be seen. As both ran through, they closed their eyes, in fear the portal might close, and sighed in relief as they moved their luggage carts onto the train, and happily shared a compartment together, whereas they argued their point that one should have more room than the other in the upper compartment that held the luggage. After about an hour or so, neither of the two keeping track of the passing time, her cousin sat up in his seat, "There it is," he had said softly, and his eyes widened in awe. There it was.
{I hope the rest is self-explanatory. Nothing has really happened to her within her four years at Hogwarts, besides school and friends. I also bear in mind that this wasn't my best work. It took me a while, but lately, I've had no muse. I'm done, and I'm proud, and I'm happy.}
