The first time Perrotta and Serena meet was certainly nothing short of disastrous. He was rude and obnoxious in her opinion and she accidentally said some very... inappropriate things, under the influence of a moment of weakness. She doesn't like the effect this Mudblood has on her. She doesn't like it at all.

And here she was, just trying to give a little friendly advice on how to properly care for one's quill, and Benjamin the Mudblood Extraordinaire had to just stamp all over her efforts. She certainly doesn't like him either, and he's lucky he doesn't owe her another pair of shoes.

Seeing as she has promised to hex him for calling her a child, Serena didn't think Perrotta would be surprised when she tried it in class. Yet again, he failed to live up to her expectations, and the two played at their games of wit (if you will) during class once more.

Even though he's a Huffleuff, Serena doesn't care. He's a pureblood, too, and that's all that matters anyway. Due to embarrassing circumstances beyond Serena's knowledge, the hem of her skirt was caught on her chair and she was flashing everyone behind her for half the class! It's dinnertime at the castle and Serena finds herself too annoyed to go down and deal with Perrotta again, who would inevitably be at her table. Instead she remains in the common room, and meets up with one of her idols, Genevieve Sauveterre. The two girls start talking about boys, Perrotta in general, and Vivi ends up offering to give Serena a lesson on how to snog one. Serena attempts to politely refuse but Genevieve does it anyway and ends up sticking her tongue down her throat until Serena panicked, pushed her away, and ran back to her room in a fit of tears.

Serena decides to contact an old pureblood companion, Amycus Carrow, who recently dropped out of Hogwarts due to a botched engagement with Priscilla Pryce. Well, Serena misses him. So she decides to talk to him and only ends up frustrated, seeing as he won't tell her anything about what he's doing and she's a curious little git. He tells Serena to use magic against the mudbloods but she doesn't really understand that. Oh well.
