From run its course:
Love is such as strange noun. There’s parental love, brotherly love, sexual love… There’s “I love beans,” which means nearly nothing, and there’s “I love you,” which can mean everything.
I don't know, I just liked it. *snugs Rissa*

Even with the window open and the breeze licking their faces, it was still hot. Johnny was hot. Julian wanted to role play the wind and lick his face.

So...-coughs- Hai. I'm still here, and still stalking some threads, as I'm about to make obvious with:
"I don't want to know how happy Sirius is. I don't want to know that he's still capable of laughing.
I don't want to know, okay?"
Alice/Rita owl thread. Go read. NAO.
I can't believe I'd forgotten how wonderfully wonderful Alice is ♥ and reading that line just broke my heart. Alice, I feel for you as a girl ,__,. And Rita is so IC that, as I mentioned, I want to stab her with a pork knife, because, gosh, talk about backhanded. Thank you girls, for giving me an awesome note thread to stalk. I heart choo.

knees together !
Go. Read.
I love Alice and Wendy. So much. They're both great characters individually and they're just so great in this note, discussing a mature topic that, as Wendy points out, is normally considered a bit of a 'taboo'. Alice is like, perfection in her abstinence-preach-y ways, seriously. She's reacting to what happened to her rather extremely, but it makes complete sense, of course it does. Wendy approaches the subject from another logical point of view, trying to reason with her, and the two of them are tactful and trying to find common agreement at first before it becomes more obvious that their opinions are quite different. But through it all, the girls are so perfectly in-character, talking about their personal opinions of sex and the consequences and it's just so serious and yet, almost light at the same time, with the balance between the two of them. It's like. Just. Kinda hard to explain why I love this note so much. Other than the fact that Alice and Wendy are so lovely in their own ways and the fact that they're so calm and polite discussing this is amazing <3 It's a much more serious topic than most other class notes - with some much longer written notes too! - and it definitely stands out as brilliant in-character-ness on behalf of both Fief and Didi as Alice and Wendy. Congratsss, girlies. All four of you (;

from read me my r i g h t s ;;
Okay, the whole post is fantastically just... Sam. Amazing. He's such an interesting character but also such a hilarious character and I just had to quote these lines here because they made me laugh out loud and like... Ohhhhh my god, I just love him. And this post. And... yeah. Read it. And laugh. Bahahahahahahaha xDDD It's just that dry humor that works so well for Sam, coupled with the fact that he's drunk and high and his thoughts are more than a little all over the place in the best way possible.
His lips curled up at the corners into a tiny smile, though he avoided showing his teeth. He always found that showing his teeth when he smiled made him look menacing rather than comforting. Skye needed to be comforted right now, not terrified that Sam was gonna eat her. ... Ew, cannibalism. Also, that would be a lot of time in the bathroom purging. Not that Skye was fat! Oh god no, Sam weighed like, eighty pounds more than she did at least. But she was a human being, and human beings were generally a lot bigger of a meal than a plate of lettuce. Unless it was a baby. But Sam wouldn't eat a baby. That'd be worse than eating a Skye.
LOVE.IT.
EDIT! Oh oh also! Other favorite line!
She tasted like champagne and future regret.
AGAIN: LOVE.

Isadora Ackerman --- "I put a spell on you"
It was Bellatrix Black, after all. She'd probably been a death eater right out of Hogwarts, if not before then. Probably had a some sort of torrid love affair with Voldemort because he was probably the only one twisted enough to hold her interest and vice versa. Although, gross, the idea of Voldemort having any sort of affair with a human was fairly disturbing. As was the same with Bellatrix Black. They probably had the whole masochistic twisted relationship going for them. And probably had kittens for a romantic dinner. Or human babies. She wouldn't put it past them. Now, Isadora wasn't someone who easily judged people, and generally had an open mind. But she drew the line at cannibalism, thanks. Even kittens was an iffy subject. Good lord, what was she doing? She was following someone who was probably the most evil wizard's mistress, someone who could blow her to pieces and then dance around in said pieces while practicing her evil laugh - now there was an image, and she could even imagine the resonating "muahahaha" right now. Bellatrix probably practiced it in front of the mirror every morning or something - and someone who possibly had a human baby for breakfast this morning after a romp with You-Know-Who. Goodness, Dora sure did hope she wasn't hungry, because she would much rather be blown to smithereens rather than be chowed down by Bellatrix Black. It wasn't like she had much meat on her bones, thus Bellatrix probably wouldn't even enjoy it. And she probably wouldn't taste all that good anyway. So yes. Blown to smithereens > being eaten. Common sense, no?

Mu ha. Mu ha ha. Oh man, that slays me.

Hokay, so this is actually a thread from like a year ago that I went searching for in the archives (and I'll admit, I've looked it up quite a few times xD) to re-read and then realized that my gosh, I don't think I ever even posted to admire about it, which is a total shame considering how absolutely hilarious it is. Call me biased, Sirius just happens to be the topic of conversation after all, but no one can deny how funny these girls are.
I'll quote my favorite part?
Marls has just invited Lucy to the surprise party she's throwing for Sirius and it's clear that neither girls really know each other, although both know Sirius and Frank. Marls say she goes way back with them and Lucy asks how far back, and Marls then deigns to tell her how far back with Sirius.
[...]Sirius and I are total best friends. And we've dated on and off on whole stay here. Sooo, yeah.
What's your story?
Marls make it pretty clear how tight she is with Sirius. Lucy, of course, isn't about to be outdone.
that must be fun, having a marauder for your best friend...
funny, though, sirius and i dated as well.
we broke up but we're still good friends. we love making fun of each other. ha.
...Of course, there's no way that Marls is going to accept level territory with Lucy and her cattiness is adorable and quite giggle-inducing for any reader when she replies:
Really? Funny, he never mentioned you. Then again, he's dated so many girls in the past, I'm not sure I'd be able to retain all the names, ha.
So classic. So perfectly perfect. Go Marls, right? But again, Lucy makes it clear that she's not going to settle with that.
yeah, i think i'm on the same boat as you because i can't recall a moment he's ever mentioned a "marlene".
but, you know, that's probably some sort of un-written man rule.
Oooooh burn! xP So you'd think, anyways. Marls isn't going to take that and her reply makes things clear once and all. It's like... theee perfect comeback to what Lucy's just said.
Nope. It's not that. Sirius has enough common sense to not talk about me (; What happens between us, stays between us.
Aha, and now Marls is suddenly the one who's just topped Lucy. Seriously, neither of these girls are willing to lose an inch and it's all so catty and refreshingly realistic. Who can't picture two teenage girls subtley trying to prove to each other that they're closer with a certain guy than the other? It's delightful in its hilarity. And speaking of hilarity?
that's a pretty intense, under-wraps relationship.
Lucy gets the last word in and her sarcasm is so fresh and funny that it leaves you giggling and not really sure which girl bested the other after all. They go on to talk about Frank and Marls leaves Lucy hanging, waving around the fact that Frank said something positive about her - Lucy - without revealing what. Seriously, just... go read this. I don't care if you read it last year, I've read it so many times and it never gets old. Skar & Ellie have the most fabulous chemistry together and then Marls and Lucy are the perfect comedic combination. They're both such wonderful, adorable, funny characters and when you pair them together... Gahhhh, this is just so genius. Seriously, you guys, you're too good. I would have quoted the entire thing here with commentary and all if I had more time and that didn't seem so crazy of me -coughs Whaaatever. This is one of my favorite notes by far.
Oh and Marls? Lucy?
Sirius loves you both.

the so unknown So unknown that I don't even know. I was just buzzing around ISS trying to catch up on all the stuff I've missed and ended up reading this entire thread. Okay, true, admittedly I have a soft spot for all three of the characters involved, but, I don't know, I just think the thread thus far is really well done. I like all the destails. The click, click, click's. Emme's cute, and Pierre and Ethan are as per usual: Pierre and Ethan lol. Kudos. [:[/blockquote][/blockquote]

While everything in me is crying "PPIGGGGG!" I can't help but appreciate Didi's brilliance behind every single dirty word that leaves Danny's mouth. That guy is so effed up, you can't help but gawk in admiration. Siriusly. Gooo Diddums.

That's awful, Liv... I'm so sorry. Was he a good kis That's just wretched. I can't believe––I mean––what kind of person would do such a thing at random? A kiss is not meant to be like that. A kiss is supposed to be special. Meaningful. Sweet. Having it wasted like that is just... gosh. Was he at least a good kisse
No.
Oh, my God, Fief, I can't even. This was epic. Bahaha, "was he a good kisser?" I'm cracking up. Alice is amazing. Kudos for this.
