Secondly, it means you have a liiiittle bit more responsability than the rest of the members. Don't worry, you won't be sorting apps, or expected to do the odd jobs here and there. Nothing like that. If you may have noticed, when you are in the 'Spotlight' status (meaning your account name is in gray), you have slightly advanced moderation options. By that, we mean that your name appears as a staff member. What does that mean? you ask. Well, it means that you have a pretty important responsability. If you're an OTM member for one month, you are expected to participate in the nomination for next month's Spotlight occupants that takes place in the Staff Board, which is a sub-board in the Chat Boards. Yes, it is password protected, you're not imagining things, but the password will be PMed to the members when the nomination time is coming so they can have access to it. Your input is important, so please don't forget to participate!
